Moving to register arrivals directly from PO?

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

Each time we register arrivals, we need to copy PO number and paste it in register arrivals search. It is inefficient and time consuming. Is there a way to directly move to the relevnat record in register arrivals from PO?

Hi @Sanjay.K

This is pretty straightforward.

  1. Open Purchase Order Page
  2. Open Page Designer
  3. Go to the ComandGroups and hit the +
  4. Add a new Command of type Navigation Link
  1. Then select the Page, choose page/RegisterArrivals/List
  2. In the Navigate Filter enter in the Desitnation and Source Keys as below.
    SourceRef1 and OrderNo

  1. Save and publish it and you should be good to go.

FYI, I checked with our Procurement BPO. He suggested “There is a shortcut on the top of the screen, you access it by clicking on the three vertical dots on the top right.” Hope that helps.

Thanks @david.harmer , very useful.

I added this and tested and everything good. Now I need to export into PROD. Do you know how should I do it? Please advise.

Thanks,
Asela
