Hello,I have a question regarding the Production Line. Why is the production line connected to the calendar as it is already set up for work center? What would happen if I put an “empty calendar” for the production line and the right one is correctly connected for the work center? What would be the impact?Thank you!

Could not find this field to activate history loggin.

As you can see in the picture below, i am logged in the create user view, and i m modifying a user file, the debug console remains empty although i am logged with IFSAPP user.It woks fine on the other standard views, only the admin related views are “Protected”. System Info does not provide any information as well …What exactly is the logic here ? I am super admin, why i can t see the details of the views ? I need this information to get the API for creating events and PL/SQL codes. When i checked on IFS Cloud, this limitation does not exist. So is there something i did not activate properly ?

Hey everybody, I am facing a problem with Excel Add In in IFS Cloud. The search functionality has changed from Apps to Cloud. Eg “%” or “;” doesn´t work anymore (at least it seems). Is there any documentation about search possibilities that can be used? Is there a possibility to use SQL statements in the search bars? Thank you in advance, Johannes

I'm getting an error ORA-20115: OrderCoordinatorGroup. The "Co-ordinator group" has already been removed by another user. This happens when I save the customer order page, but the data in the database isn't actually deleted because on the purchase order page I can still create a PO using the same Coordinator. What else could be causing this? And how can I debug this issue? Please give me some advice. CO errorPO

All, I have access to ConnectedVouchersHandling. But do not see the page when searching in the navigator. How do I configure the navigation designer for Connected Vouchers Page in IFS?

Hi,We are about to Go Live with IFS Cloud in July and users are now noticing that they can connect a non-invnetory part to a shipment. In Apps 9 we have always kept a ‘Dummy Part’ (non inventory sales part) as per IFS advice back in 2002 to keep the customer order open as it is linked to schedules. This method has worked very well until now when the user can see all these non-inventory part order lines and potentially attach them to the shipment. Is there a way to stop non inventory sales parts from showing as connectable to a shipment? The shipment type is NA, not automatic.

Hello, We use part demands on a project module. We want that received parts will be issued automatically with no further actions to be made by the users.  Is it possible to make this action automatic ? Best regards

Hi everyone,I have a question regarding the use of onBehalfOfUser when datamapping and wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue, and if there are specific considerations or steps that need to be taken when using this?Whenever I try to use onBehalfOfUser in an Assyst Request datamapper, the resource returns as "Update Needed."I have logged a ticket on the IFS assystNet, but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what workarounds exist, if any. Thanks in advance!

Is there any Ability to create MRB (Material Review Board) cases for items that do not exist as standard parts in inventory(no parts). These items are one-time trial samples and are not intended to be held in stock.

Why our Part cost are not accurate on shop order backflush? It seems that our part cost are not updating correctly on our shop orders. What cost field is pulled for an inventory part on a shop order? How does the Latest Purchase Price get updated on Inventory part? Is it automatically done or is there a process that needs to run?

Is it possible to extract the values from the PARAM_NAME column in the PROCESS_PARAM_PERFORM_VAL table? The FSM information log references this table, but I’m unable to extract it using Import/Export or the SQL Query Tool. The same happens with the COLUMN_NAME_TO_SET field in the PROCESS_PARAM_COLUMN_VAL table. Can anyone help me with this information?

Hello all, I am hoping to have some elements clarified as it related to lead time calculation and MRP for IFS Purchased Parts. On the inventory part record, the Purchasing Lead Time is calculated using the Calculate Purchase Leadtime, which takes several elements into consideration (supplier manufacturing lead time, external transport lead time, internal transport lead time, and internal inspection lead time). If this is not run, the field is blank, or a value can be entered. This seems to indicate the MRP uses the value in here for POR planning? Would this then mean that the Supplier Manufacturing Lead Time on the SFPP is not used for MRP? If the Purchasing Lead Time is left at 0 or no value is entered, would MRP default to using the SFPP leadtime? In this example, the PLT is set to 0 and SFPP record is set to 15 days. When MRP runs, would it default to 15 days even if there was a transport leadtime of 2 days?

In our UAT, the SAs can add site notes in Astea Mobile (the add icon shows up on the site page). But not in the live environment. We have checked over all MOE settings for %notes%, but find no difference between UAT and live. Any tips? UAT is 15.4.14, live is 15.4.10

We use certain material to start up a production run, for example, on a mold setup we use a purging compound to clean out the molding machine for a resin change.  What is the best method for capturing the material at the start of a production run where the run size can vary from 10-20 pcs to 1000-5000 pcs yet the usage is material constant?  The intent is for the material to be picked up thru MRP and get ordered as needed rather than manually tracked and ordered.

How can I copy a Customer Order to a different site? All parts are setup on both sites. The menu option does not allow a different site, is there any way to copy orders to another site.

We are needing to change the price that we invoice for on consignment items as our pricing fluctuates each month. The scenario is: We send 100 consignment parts to the customer on May 15th - These were against a customer order and price of $1.00 each. The customer consumes them on June 15th - The new price for their item in June is $1.10 When we invoice them, it is going against the original customer order at time of shipment ($1.00 each) We tried updating the customer order pricing before consuming out of consignment but it still pulls the pricing at time of shipment  Anyone else doing this and any ideas on how to handle?
