​@Alexander Heinze you’re my best bet on this matter. I’m working with a customer that’s using Apps10 and mWO for Service.They have 2 workflow configs which have:same filters same weight same sites, but applicable for different Maintenance Orgs each technician is connected to both sites but only one Maintenance Org.However, it seems like when JT assignment is transferred to mWO, the configuration is not applied.Do you know if maintenance org are also considered when the system determines which wf config to be applied? Or is just the site considered (in which case it’s obvious why there’s no wf config applied)?  MWO FR - applicable for TDGN & TDGW sites, but just for 2 maint orgs: MWO DE - applicable for TDGN & TDGW sites and also for all German maint orgs:

Hello experts, I developed a workflow that reads customer order no from activity seq (order no is activity ID field) and retrieves email address from customer order or customer master then sends a confirmation email about activity finish date. The workflow works fine but i have a small issue with showing result message. When the order does not exist or when no email address found i want to end event with a message of detail issue. If the process is successful, i am showing the user a confirmation message with language and receiver’s email address with User Task (1 form field with read only option).My problem is when no order or no email address found. If i change end event type to IFS failure or terminate end event, i cannot add a command button because the command validation returns error.  During my tests, i achieved to show a message when the event was terminated but after finalizing all settings (of course i made lots of changes in the flow :), i cannot generate a message to user s

I need to register a company in my client's environment using the Spain location, and in this registration, I need to enter the company's NIF code. The same situation applies to the registration of Spanish suppliers and customers.I looked in the Country Solution document for a field to enter this information but couldn't find one. Then, I searched the company, supplier, and customer registration screens, but I couldn't find it there either.Therefore, I would like to know if anyone who has previously implemented in Spain and/or is familiar with the Spanish localization can inform us in which field we should configure this information.

HiWe need to reverse a payment , (Voucher type N) How can this be done in IFS Cloud ?This worked fine in Apps10

We have an Excel migration job to append or update purchase price list records. The method we use is PURCHASE_QUANTITY_PRICE_API, with New and Modify checked.  In this method there are columns for a rental indicator, with flags MI (Mandatory Insert)  When we leave the Default Value for these fields empty, the job runs into an error because the column is mandatory. When we put a default value like above the inserts run fine, but on modifying an existing record the response is: “Field [RENTAL] in Purchase Quantity Price may not be modified.”  How can we work around this?Is it for example possible to check the existance of the record in the SOURCE_COLUMN?

I don’t work for a company that uses IFS but I may be developing software for a company that does use IFS cloud in the future.Is there an online sandbox/demo version of IFS cloud which I could get access to?This would allow me to become familiar with the API ahead of time?ThanksSteve

Greetings!I just created a part number but forgot to add a digit. Is there any way to just edit the part number with out re-creating a brand new one all over again in IFS Apps 10?  

We are currently on IFS Apps 10, update 14 utilizing the Vertex Tax software.  When creating an Advanced Invoice with lines with different tax rates, the system will not auto calculate tax.  We get a message that tax must be entered manually but we can’t enter manually on an Advanced Invoice. Example: Part line is taxable in the state Virginia (USA) but freight is not considered taxable.  I need the freight to be included in the total of the Advanced Invoice.  How can I accomplish? Thanks

Hello to all,we are going to update from 23R2 SU17 to 25R1. Now we have a fresh 25R1 installation, and we are testing it on our data. We know resource assignment has been made more flexible, apart from the person resource type, the other resource types are supported in 25R1 and can be assigned to a project activity.To date, our users have utilized the Project Employee Allocations screen to manage these allocations. Now we can see that the Project Employee Allocation screen is discontinued. The same is true with the Resource Shift Pattern Mapping page.Are there any replacements for these two screens in 25R1?Thank you very muchBest regardsAntonin

Why is the production line connected to the calendar as it is already set up for work center? What would happen if I put an “empty calendar” for the production line and the right one is correctly connected for the work center? Could not find this field to activate history loggin.

As you can see in the picture below, i am logged in the create user view, and i m modifying a user file, the debug console remains empty although i am logged with IFSAPP user.It woks fine on the other standard views, only the admin related views are “Protected”. System Info does not provide any information as well …What exactly is the logic here ? I am super admin, why i can t see the details of the views ? I need this information to get the API for creating events and PL/SQL codes. When i checked on IFS Cloud, this limitation does not exist. So is there something i did not activate properly ? 

Hey everybody, I am facing a problem with Excel Add In in IFS Cloud. The search functionality has changed from Apps to Cloud. Eg “%” or “;” doesn´t work anymore (at least it seems). Is there any documentation about search possibilities that can be used? Is there a possibility to use SQL statements in the search bars? Thank you in advance, Johannes

I'm getting an error ORA-20115: OrderCoordinatorGroup.The "Co-ordinator group" has already been removed by another user. This happens when I save the customer order page, but the data in the database isn't actually deleted because on the purchase order page I can still create a PO using the same Coordinator. What else could be causing this? And how can I debug this issue? Please give me some advice. CO errorPO

Hi,We are about to Go Live with IFS Cloud in July and users are now noticing that they can connect a non-invnetory part to a shipment.In Apps 9 we have always kept a ‘Dummy Part’ (non inventory sales part) as per IFS advice back in 2002 to keep the customer order open as it is linked to schedules. This method has worked very well until now when the user can see all these non-inventory part order lines and potentially attach them to the shipment.Is there a way to stop non inventory sales parts from showing as connectable to a shipment? The shipment type is NA, not automatic.

Hi,IFS Cloud 24R2. We have main warehouse and secondary (department) ware house. In maintenance secondary warehouse is alway used to issue materials. But reservation happens on main warehouse instead of secondary warehouse. Is there a way to set up reservation default warehouse for maintenance?Availability control doesn’t help.Thanks in advance.
