We have a customer who needs to review resource availability at different levels within the organization.The first level of output will provide the overall Availability/Occupancy Rate for the entire organization. The second level will drill down into the operational team level, breaking the data down by teams such as Functional, Technical, System Admin, etc. The third level will then break down the operational teams further into domain-specific categories, such as the relevant resource groups (e.g., combining DM leads into the DM team for clarity). The fourth level will further refine the data by breaking it down into roles such as lead and consultant levels within the relevant resource groups, for instance, showing Tech leads, DM leads, and Software Engineers in the technical team. Does any one know where the voucher type for the Lease liability is defined ?  The list of values does not show any voucher types as well.I am trying to create recognition posting for a new lease contract ( New in this specific company, we are using Lease contract in other companies with no problem), and it doesn't pick up a voucher type.

When using the command ‘Copy Customer’ on page/Customer/Form we get error message ‘ORA-20121: CustOrdCustomer.INSERT: Field [CONSOL_RENTAL_IVC_SERIAL] in Customer may not be specified for new objects.’Any idea how to prevent having this error?We are running on 23R2.

Hello,  I have created an additional attribute based on a custom field. In this case, the number shown in PSO can change pretty often. Available capacity can be 10, than change to 9 and so on.Shouldn’t this change go directly to PSO? This is my understanding from the mapping file. However, in our test environment, the data gets updated only with LOAD.IFS Cloud: 24R2 Does anyone have any idea here?Thank you,Iulia

We have a custom requirement to override ‘PurchaseOrderLinePartList’ an  Error as below get raised when trying to customized this list .No Error comes when tried as below but the custom column do not appear in Purchase Order Page. Standard List has been defined using clone. Appreciate any inputs to resolve this issue.Thanks!

Hello, Does anyone use the Customer > Credit Infor >  “allowed Overdue amount” or “Allowed overdue days” fields?   Do these impact a customer orders going on credit block?  I would have thought it was meant for that but it doesn’t appear to be.   ie: we want to allow a customer order to be released if it’s wanted receipt date or value is within a certain number of days or amount of its outstanding invoices with these fields populated.  Otherwise what are these fields used for?  calculation of interest ? Thanks!

A database restoration has been performed on March 11 (Tuesday), 2025. The database was restored to its state as of February 26 (Wednesday), 2025.It has been observed that a background job, which is scheduled to run on Mondays, was executed on Wednesday, March 12. (But posted on March 11 (Tuesday))Given that the background job is scheduled to run on Mondays, it did not execute as per its schedule. In such cases, does the job automatically execute as soon as the database is restored and operational?

Hello,I'm currently experiencing an issue in IFS Applications where the Kanban module shows stockouts (empty bins) on our assembly lines, even though materials are physically available at the point of use.As a result, the main warehouse receives unnecessary pick requests, which show up on their picking lists, even though the items are already at the line.In practice, warehouse staff often ignore these picks because they recognize the items as Kanban-managed — but this leads to confusion and inconsistency, particularly for new employees who aren’t familiar with the workaround. And sometimes there is also empty bins.Additionally, we don’t use the Kanban card functionality when performing part movements — instead, we rely on manual transfers.Could this be contributing to the issue? We have a scenario where we require PR Lines generated from a Customer Order Line with Supply Code Purch Order Trans to have Delivery Dates that take into account Suppliers Lead Time. Currently an information message appears if CO is manually entered, however orders are being received via a portal and generated in IFS (so message not being witnessed by the Users). On release of the CO, where the Supplier’s lead-time is 10 days, the PR Delivery Date matches the CO Delivery Date and the PR Latest Order Date is set approximately 10 days in the past. The Delivery Date is obviously not achievable and I am trying to work out if I am missing something in the set up. The Purch Order Trans Supply Code suits the customer as the item is not stocked and is purchased specifically for each customer order. One of our use places had a invalid procedure caused by a bug in Data Migration Manager. I was given a data repair script in .sql format. I renamed it to a .cdb based on other posts I saw here. I just need to verify that the location is correct. We didn’t have anything in the customer solution repository for component DATMGT so I made the folder - datmgt\source\datmgt\database\ and put the cdb there. There is no deploy.ini for datmgt. Will this work? (see screenshot).We already updated our build place to 24R2 and one of our use places, but the use place in question is 23R2 (because of the invalid procedure). I have to get support involved to create the delivery for an older version, so wanted to make sure this was completely right so it doesn’t have to be done again.

Dear experts,With IFS Cloud 22R2, when using the create document assistant, the view copy (PDF file) is not imported in addition to the original document.On the contrary, if I check-in a document from the document revision window, the both files (PDF & original) are imported.Is it normal that it is not working with the create document assistant ? Hi all,I created a customer order as SEO from work order.Then i created a resource into work order task, then allocated and reported them. So i see the automatilcally added lines as sales object at “Sales” tab, but i can’t transfer these lines with state “Invoiceable” to customer order when i created at the start on work order level.What i am missing, let me know please. Does it not support to transfer sales object to customer order simply like older versions?Note: Version 24.1 and cost type: “Personnel”Thanks.

Hi,when using a standard dimension/fact item as a report parameter, relevant context substitution variables will be visible to choose as the default value.However, when a QIS is created based on an IAL, this is not possible. Here, the DIM_COMPANY dimensions was connected to the QIS from custom dimension connections oage.  Is this a framework limitation? Hi I have noticed that after Transferring Payments and Acknowledging them, the expense claim sits as ‘Authorized’ and not ‘Transferred’. Any ideas what might be missing?
