Hello All,I’m facing an error while trying to enable the Custom event action and Projection Action for Workflows (BPA) in Cloud 23R1. Haven’t faced this issue in 22R2. Has anyone faced this issue earlier? Please advice. 

A supplier invoice was matched in mixed payments with a remaining balance. There is a debit and a credit balance showing in supplier offset but when I try to clear the remaining balance there I get the following message: ‘Invoice cannot be cleared in supplier offset because it is used in a Manual Supplier payment/supplier offset/Netting Preliminary payment. Is there another way to clear this?

Hello,I created a custom projection. I added Entities but from the allowed operations, I could only select READ.What do I have to change to also select CREATE, UPDATE and DELETE?Thanks, Golo 

Hello! My finance department uses Customer Offsets in IFS10 to view completed customer offsets. We have found this screen to be missing in IFS Cloud. Has anyone found where you can see completed offsets?

I’m using OData with IFS Cloud R23.2. I need to pull a specific DocumentText record related to a specific CustomerInfo record. In QueryDesigner I found that the DocumentText entity is connected to other entities via the DocumentText.NoteId attribute. Via the log console I found the NoteId for the Customer record I was referring to and by using that NoteId I can see the three DocumentText records for that customer. However, I do not see any place in the CustomerInfo where the NoteId is stored. Where can I find the NoteId for a Customer?

Hi AllWe noticed that when a supplier sends an order quotation as a reply to an RFQ, the total price per quotation is not reflected in IFS. e.g. The total of the following 2 lines is not calculated  How big of a development is it, do you think if we are to fetch the Price total per order quotation? Or am I missing something? Next question is the order quotation number sequence. We cannot control it. I was thinking like having a reference to the requisition no. e.g. If the Requisition is 518, the quotation numbers should be 518-1, 518-2, etc Is this possible at all? I know IFS has screens like Coordinator Groups and Enterprise Identities Series which gives me the option to decide the next in sequence. It is missing Order Quotation. Isn't this something IFS needs to develop? Thanks,Asela

Hello All,Currently we are using Astea Alliance Version 14 HF 29. Application is used across 6 countries but now we have requirement from 2 countries that they need checklist with one question and base on answer (Yes/No) we have 2 more question with text. We have implement the checklist for one country. We have mapped contracts for that checklist so that whenever any service order is created using that contract, checklist will be added to activity but now we have request from another country and they also need the same checklist but they want it base on Node. How can we configure it? We don’t have that option in Alliance.

Hello Community,I am willing to restrict the view on the employee’s bank details.There are registered in the properties (for expenses payment) and in the employee file.I was thinking than an attribute could restrict the view on that data but none already available seems to work as needed.Have you experienced this request before?thank you!

Hi community,I want to setup for one employee to authorize himself the time registration.I have created  a new attribute with self-access.Assigned to a new role created as welland then assigned this role to the mentioned employee.But when I try to authorize the time card the option still not availableAlso, this employee have a supervisor access HR.What am i missing?Regards,

Hello, we are facing the challenge to set up a maintenance plan where the trigger is the completion of the previous’ period maintenance activity.   At the moment our Maintenance Plans are set up as Calendar Triggered with a 12 month interval and a 2mo expand backward and forward window around the start date. The target date will be the same every year as will be the window around this date. Now if one year, the maintenance gets completed at the beginning of this window and the next year it gets completed at the end of this window, the interval between services can be very short in one season and very long in the other. What we would like to achieve is that the target date for next years maintenance is dependent on the actual completion date of last years maintenance. this would avoid extremely long or short intervals and allow certain activities to be slowly moved into different seasons if whished, by performing the maintenance early (or late) in the window multiple years in a row.  Is

There is a blank value that is appearing in drop downs. Does anyone know the reason why and how to remove it?  Metadata default value is “OPEN”. Code table has no blank values.

Hi community, It’s possible to have in the organization 2 roles with the same attribute assigned but with different Data Operation Type? For e.g: Management and HR executiveWith this attribute assigned For role HR Executive grant all the data operation type: Active, Registration, Modification and Removal.But for role Management only: Active and Registration (don’t want to allow edit the absence or removal).The issue is that I just want to give the permission to the supervisor to approve the absence request but not edit or remove it.Regards,

Hello,I don't understand why we don't have the option to apply periodic distribution on customer invoices, while this option is available on preliminary status instant invoices.We can only do this on the accounting entry generated by the invoice, but if the task runs every hour to send it to the general ledger, it's too late. Can you please tell me if there is a setting to be made?  instant invoice we do have the option of period allocation rule thank you for your help

Hello,We use IFS apps 9 and we create Projects and Shop order (same name as the Project) for a site manually. We do not link them currently. We are trying to somehow capture the project information in the Shop order. We can’t select the Project while we create the Shop order. It doesn’t list any project and we can’t hand type it.
