Hey,I am looking for whether an existing PLSQL Package exists with a method that’d help me in the following case:In an IFS Cloud Install, IFS Managed Cloud Deployment, Document Management using Azure File Storage rather than Database.Imagine a use case where within a PLSQL Procedure I need to retrieve the data contents of the File as BLOB/CLOB, in order to then be able to use it in the backend for other purposes (send mail, application message, etc.).Is there a known API Method you guys know about that I can use, passing the document keys (doc no, doc class, doc rev, doc sheet, etc.) as parameters, and retrieving the Azure File Storage hosted file data contents as CLOB/BLOB ?Tried to look in EDM_FILE_API, EDM_FILE_LOCATION_API but couldn’t really find anything in there. There’s Get_File_Data in EDM_FILE_STORAGE_API but that seems dedicated to database hosted documents rather than Azure FS.Thank you !

I’m working with a manufacturing company and up until this point we’ve only used master part, inventory part, and purchase part records. We’ve recently begun using shop orders and were asked to look at Engineering Part Revisions, and I’d like some help understanding what the relationship is between Product Structures and Engineering Part Revisions (specifically, the Consist Of tab). Based on what I’m seeing in the documentation, it seems like parts on the Consist Of tab of the Engineering Part Revisions screen should appear on the Product Structure. Here’s the quote that’s giving me that idea:Use this tab window to view and change part structures. A part can consist of other parts. An assembly of a top-level part (parent) with one or more lower-level parts (subparts or child parts) is called a structure. Hello,I'm trying to enable incremental refresh for FACT_GL_TRANSACTION, but I need to complete the initial refresh first. The dataset is quite large—refreshing accounting year (a full refresh using a criteria) 2024 alone takes around 15 hours. However, I'm unable to refresh the entire dataset. Once 2024 is fully refreshed the entity info says its no FRESH, attempting to refresh 2023 or any other year with entity criteria does not work. Any idea why?

Hello! I am trying to set up a REST Call Event Action. The idea here is that if a record is changed for a particular object in IFS, this should result in a trigger that is recognised by Workato which updates the corresponding object in Creatio. The fields that trigger this are DESCRIPTION and ORGANIZATION_ID. This means I have four fields OLD:DESCRIPTION, OLD:ORGANIZATION_ID, NEW:DESRIPTION, NEW:ORGANIZATION_ID. I create the following validated Payload:{  "old": {    "description": "{{OLD:DESCRIPTION}}",    "organization_id": "{{OLD:ORGANIZATION_ID}}"  },  "new": {    "description": "{{NEW:DESCRIPTION}}",    "organization_id": "{NEW:ORGANIZATION_ID}}"  }} I then set up a recipe in Workato using this as the Payload schema. I map Description to the corresponding object and field in Creatio. I then test this by creating a new record which has description as ‘Test’. However, the output to Creatio always ends up being the literal:‘{{NEW:DESCRIPTION}}’ instead of the actual value ‘Test’. Am

Hi all, Can you help out how to set-up these configuration settings? We have Configurable sales part A, manufactured Sales part A can consist of B1, B2 and/or B3, depending on what is choosen. We never have B1, B2 or B3 on stock. B1 consist of C1.1, C1.2 and C1.3B2 consists of D2.1 and D2.1B3 consist of E1 B1, B2 and B3 will always be manufactured when its needed for a configuration. We don’t have stock of these.Cx, Dx and Ex will always be on stock. We have a safety stock of these, so we can manufacture them in advance using shop order reqs from MRP. Let’s say I run the configurator, and a DOP gets created. In that DOP, after release, I want to see the shop order to create Top Part A, shop orders to make B1 and B2, and a reservation for C and D components. Is it enough playing with the netting parameter on the inventory parts? Should I use supply setting DOP for more than the top part? Thanks!

Hi, we have just gone to 24R2 and I am testing DocMan. When I go to connect an object I am getting the following error message - I have looked at the projections and everything appears to be granted to the permission set I am using. However I have noticed that there are no database task granted to the permission set, is that my issue and if yes does anyone one know the name of the database task I need to grant for connecting a document revision to an object in IFS Cloud?The strange thing if I am in an object and want to attach the docman revision I can, I just can’t do it from the doc man revision, what am I doing wrong?

Hello,I’m in the Sales Contract and have Audit Enabled with Change Comment Required.  I have not problem creating a new revision but when I save after adding a new item the system barks at me with the message Change Comment is required since Audit Trail is enable with Change Comment Required.But the problem I have is that the field labelled Change Order Comment is disabled:I don’t see another field in which I could put a Change Comment.

Hi There,Could someone please help me with this issue. I have created a obstructive maintenance work which can be clearly seen in the both visual shop order operation planning as well as smart manufacturing planning board. This obstructive work is overloading the work center on which the operations are already planned. So, now as per MSO functionality, the operations need to reschedule for the other days where work center is available but this is not happening after finite scheduling and operations are getting loaded on the days of maintenance work.Also attached the MSO load file for further reference.   Regards,Mithun K V

Hello!We are working on IFS Cloud 23R3SU6 and SU9 - different environments -  I have a custom PL/SQL Package - A non-IFS package created in PL/SQL Developer and deployed directly in the Oracle database -  Comp_Util_API is a utility package. The package has the constant for the module, lu, lu type defined.  The Package appears in the Method LOV of the “New Database Task” and it appears under the right Component. with all different functions and procedures.  I recently needed a new procedure for a new DB Task. developed the procedure as usual and tested it to be working fine.  I refreshed all server Caches - multiple times - and logged out and back in - multiple times - but the new developed procedure doesn’t appear in the method.  I found these old posts here: Custom Package Procedure not available in New Database Task | IFS Community  Ran this procedure BEGIN Installation_SYS.Grant_Privileged_Grantee('IFSSYS', TRUE); END; / and didn’t work. Hi, We have a requirement where an PO acknowledger should be restricted from making changes in PO(change in amount). Only authorizers should be eligible to make a change in the PO.  Can this be handled using a permission set or is there a basic set up that can handle this.
