Add site notes in Astea Mobile

In our UAT, the SAs can add site notes in Astea Mobile (the add icon shows up on the site page). But not in the live environment. We have checked over all MOE settings for %notes%, but find no difference between UAT and live. Any tips? 

UAT is 15.4.14, live is 15.4.10

After going over this again we found this setting (and possibly a need for new glasses):

    Hi Bjørn,

    For clarity, the versions you mentioned above are for Mobile Edge 15.4.14 in UAT and Mobile Edge 15.4.10 in production, correct?
