I’m using the below expression statement for an custom field to get the value of the PRESENCE field from the Time Management - Authorization.ifsapp.Time_Pers_Diary_Result_API.Get_Presence_Hours(v.company_id,v.emp_no,v.valid_from,v.valid_to) But when I try to approve this custom field, I get the below error 

I have two CF that are referencing two custom logical units. The CF’s are in the same page.In the list of values of the second CF I would like to create a saved search and in the where clause for the search use values from what is selected in the first CF before it is saved.Is that possible?BR Kresten

Hi All,I’m looking for a stock/inventory overview screen much like MMBE in SAP for those who have used the system.Does IFS have this? I usually use “Inventory Part In Stock” to search for inventory but I would like to be able to see if there are any open purchase orders for the inventory at the same time. Is there a screen that will show me what’s in stock, Bin Location, Reserved Qty, Open Purchase orders etc??Thanks

Hello everyone, I have a client requirement that specifies that the attachments made on a Request/Task should be sent to an SFTP server. Besides the hostname and credentials, what is needed to upload the files to their server? When configuring a Monitor Schedule of the type ‘Process (S)FTP Upload’, the 'File and Folder options’ are referring to the IFS folder structure or the SFTP Server? If it is IFS, how do I know which folders should be used, besides the Attachment Directory defined in the App Params? Thanks in advance for you attention. Best Regards.

Report Definition RMB> Set Default Life Time The number of days to keep records in the archive.  This is a default value and users may change the archive life time. If the default setting is 0 does this mean that after today the report will not longer appear in the report archive.    Can someone please advise what is the Default setting of 0 means. Finally, does this mean that users that create Business Reporter reports will need access to Report Definition to set this value? Thank you.

In IEE I have a drop down menu that should have its contents filtered based on the content of another drop down. To do this in IEE: Navigate to the screen to be configuredRight click on pageSelect Conditional Fields… from the context menuSelect the fieldAdd Value SetPlace a check next to the fields I want displayedSet the Type, Column, Operator, and Value And then in IEE when I select the specified value in the drop down then the first drop down menu is filtered to only the fields that had a check mark next to them on the Conditional Field Actions dialog. This is working great in IEE. When I go into Aurena I expected the conditional field config to apply to the page in Aurena as well. When I set the second drop down to the value that is configured in the Conditional Field Actions the first drop down has all of the fields listed instead of the filtered list. Does Aurena Support Conditional Field configuration and if so how do I configure it? I am on IFS 10 update 7. Thanks, Gene

In the FSM Client, we are able to setup multiple reports on the print button of an FSM Client screen using the reportset button, but the reportset button does not appear on the web client. If we put a regular print button on a screen, it does come up on the web client, but it doesn’t allow a selection of reports like the reportset  button. Is the reportset button supported on the web client? If not, do we have a workaround that is available to us for the web client?

When we are creating a generic event action and event action for a particular user to send an e-mail with a PDF report, is there any rule on what event will be triggered first? Does the system prioritize the event action which has “user” over the generic event action?

We have two scenario’s where we cannot ‘issue’ a material line on work order.  The WO Task and the Material status are both released and if I create a new Material order for the same item, task and site, I can release and issue the newly created Material order.  Hoping someone might have come across this already and can help.  ThanksShelley

Hello, I need setup an Instant Invoice where I have to report both Tax Disbursed and Tax Received.There will not be any tax on the invoice (net amount) but we need to add that on two tax-accounts (disbursed and received) when we post the invoice. For example: Instant InvoicePrice: 1000Reverse Tax is demanded We would like the voucher to look like this:Account 2110: 1000Account: 2432: -250Account: 2433: 250 Thanks in advance.

When transferring an Inventory item to Company Rental Asset using the RMB on the Inventory Part in Stock screen, the system requires posting control M259 for Pre Posting to the FA Object ID.  However, this was not in place when the initial transfer from Company Owned to Company Rental Asset occurred.  How do we fix the transaction record to add the FA Object ID to the transaction line?  It is stuck in Inventory Transaction History and we will not be able to close the books until we can resolve. I have a similar error when we pre posted with a FA object with the wrong status.  A recommended solution would be appreciated.

Hello Everyone, would anyone have any thoughts to share on the below clarification. In app8 version, in the “Customer Analysis” window, users are able to use the copy paste function to add/update notes to the Latest Notes column. However in app 10 version notes to the each lineitems needs to be added as new record individually by going in to the Notes pop-up by RMB and has created few additional setup compared to previous version. However this is a functional enhancement as the current flow has a trail of timestamp and improved data validity as it was not available in the prior session. what is the users required the previous versions functionality and can that be done in the current version?

For example I would like to add  Delivery_Route_API.Get_Description(ROUTE_ID).Is there any way to add this without joining the Delivery Route table or it’s just not supported? Thank you.

We recently realised that when PO had change processed due to price increase and PO was updated to new price; receipts that were created prior to this change but not matched to an Invoice are updated to new price as well.Is there a setting anywhere so I can turn that off, we have issues where we order in bulk but the price changes and sometimes there is a lag between the goods arriving so we would need to receipt them at the old priice
