IFS 8 SP1 Page: Purchase Order Receipt Category: Advanced Search Function - SQL   Hi all, This is my first post on these forums, so please guide me if I’m posting at the wrong area.   Lets say I’m search all deliveries received in >2020. This is thousands of results.  Is there a way to get a list with UNIQUE PART_NO values, where only the first delivery (ACTUAL_DELIVERY_DATE) of the unique part numbers are listed?   I’ve tried:  ARRIVAL_DATE > to_date( '20200101000000', 'YYYYMMDDHH24:MI:SS' ) and UNIQUE (PART_NO) Based on: https://www.w3schools.com/sql/sql_unique.asp

Hi all,working with UPD8. trying to add the below custom page in AURENA. This custom page must be added as a tab in ‘Project Definition’ function.    when I Click on ‘View Page’ no content is displayed ! The page works totally fine in EE. Following the documentation, I believe the next step will be to add it to the page designer but I don’t have a Data Source field to specify when I create a new Selectors  Help is much appreciated, 

Maybe better to ask, “how is Lot Batch Master” and the Expiration Date field within supposed to work?  How does Expiration Date load? I have shelf life setup for the item.  Looking at the view, raw data, I see Best_Before_Date does have a value, but Expiration_Date does not.I am trying to understand how IFS works.  We need to use an expiration date for our product and thought Lot_Batch_Master was the way to go.For what it is worth, Inventory Part in Stock record does have the Expiration_Date field loaded with proper shelf_life calculated date.IFS version 9.17 

I want to know how the Total Est Level Cost is calculated in shop order estimated cost?The product is weighted average costing based. 

In FSM Contracts, what's the difference between "Model Coverage" and "Product Coverage by Model" line types? They both seem to require a Model ID and Place ID.

Hi,We have created a lobby for warehouse were they see pick lists that are created, but not yet printed. We use the information that comes from “Next step in Shipment Flow”. Shipments are reserved by the planner and the picklist is created by a scheduled task. The tick box “Print pick List” is not selected in the task.Most shipments move as expected in the order flow: Reserve → Create Pick list→ Print Pick List → Report pickingBut some shipments moves immediatly from Create Pick List to Report picking. When we look at the pick list, it has not been printed.I have checked the order types, and they all have the steps described above.It seems to happen more often when there are only single lines to be delivered on the shipment.Anyone who knows if we are doing something wrong in the set-up or if this could be a bug? Thank you in advance!/Kerstin 

Hello,Need help how can I get Oracle Weblogic updates for IFS10 Demo Instance. It seems some latest updates of Oracle weblogic are not installed in the Demo Pack. Also whether it possible to install weblogic update alone without Build Home.

Trying to update NCR with either Custom Event or Background Job  and receive ORA-020115:  NonConformanceReport. The "Non Conformance Report" has already been removed by another user. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue.

Is it possible to have the Shipping Pick List print to different printers based on the user?  They are in the same company, site, warehouse, just two different places.

We are looking for a way to prevent or restrict manufacturing operators from reporting QC operations in Shop Orders. We can restrict this via a Filter in Shop Floor Workbench, but do not see an obvious way to do so in Shop Order. The QC operations are in a separate Department and Work Center. We do not use Team or Employee reporting, we use Anonymous Reporting. Thanks

Hello,Which Oracle table holds information pertaining to AD User Integration Configuration page in IFS?My client has different AD User groups (around 30) for their TEST and PROD environments and we would like to update these groups (image below) automatically using a script following a DB clone. Manually deleting and re-creating 30 group mappings is time taking.Alternatively, is there any way to export and re-import the entire Configuration itself? This will make it very easy too.Our last option is to consolidate the 30 groups into 2-3 groups for TEST and re-add them manually following TEST clone. But hoping one of the above two options are available in IFS.TIA!

In both Apps10 EE and the Standalone client, I only get this screen with no action buttons…  

When setting up the planning structure, I need to enter the component information related to 2 sites (same component). system gives a warning that the qty per assembly is < or> than 1 when I tried to enter record for the second site. However I can ignore and proceed. Is that correct ?

Has anyone got a process set up to handle inventory items that have an expiry date?  Astea does have settings to be able to set product life in the storage section of the logistics section but given that you will have different batches arriving at different times for the same Product number, each batch having different expiry dates, this needs a fairly complicated process to handle that.If anyone is already handling this situation, I would like to hear how you manage it, thanks

I have a report that I would like to run daily and send it to a distribution list. How should I do that?  

We are running Apps10 UPD10 We created a new CustomLU in IEE and selected the “Create Projection” option.  Now we are in API explorer, looking for that custom projection.We figured out that CustomLUs are listed in the Aurena API Explorer screen with CustomProjection as the prefix in the Projection name (example - CustomProjectionCustomerStandard).  We are seeing our other CustomLUs in the list, but not the one we created today.  What steps publish the projection to API Explorer?  I’m not sure what we did differently on this one? and PS - suggestion to make this more useful.  All CustomProjection% APIs have the exact same description “Autogenerated Project for Custom LU”  It would be very useful if either the prompt or the comment from the CustomLU definition (if available) were used here.

Hi there Apologies if this has already been answered, but I couldn’t find an exact match. Please note that we’re using Apps 9. Our Finance team currently create PDFs of Instant Customer Invoices using the ‘Print Invoice’ menu option directly from the Instant Invoice screen. The file name is randomly generated, but the team would like it to include the Invoice no.  Does anyone know if/how this can be done please? I’ve had a look at report rules, but haven’t managed to figure out how to do it. Many Thanks :) Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What’s the significance of having the Print UoM same as the Inventory UoM? Is it mandatory all the time for all the parts? If not, what type of parts should have this? Only its reflected on reports like Picklist?  By the way we don’t use IFS Engineering module, so the field Print UoM in the IFS window ‘Receipe Structure’ is out of question
