Is there a way of reallocating the balance of the account, not just the transactions.

To continue with an example:

Account 10201A will have multiple transaction, and at the end of the month will be at a debit or credit position, depending on this position; I would like it to allocate the balance to account 10201A or account 10202B. (Automatic Posting rules will reallocate each individual transaction, and it is required to reallocate a balance of the account )

You can use period cost allocation to reallocate balance from a account to same account or other accounts. You just have to define cost allocation procedure  and definitions correctly.
