Issue in Bin functionality

We have issues with data provided by Bin. All technicians are unable to rely on the city provided on the order they are given. When receiving an order FSM does a look-up on Bing Maps which returns an incorrect city for the postal code. Can you please let us know if this is a known bug? If so, if there are any workarounds we can perform?

Incorrect surveys get synced to mobile(FSM)

We currently have an issue where incorrect surveys get synced to mobile. In brief, We have set our sync rules to exclude survey type = Call Center that in inactive. But it is not happening as intended. Inactive surveys are also getting synced. Could you please give a heads up where else I should check if this is properly configured?

How can we get the resources allocated to a task based on the calendar?

1. Create work order and work task. 2. In the work task enter the duration xx, enter planned start and finish date to a larger period. 3. Enter a demand line for person resource group. 4. Select the line RMB Allocate Resource. Here it seems no calendar is considered :thinking:

Time recorded for call center activities

When using Call Center the times recorded are incorrect (created, modified...);showing 1 hour behind the actual time. The support organization time zone is Europe/London(UTC + 0). Is there any setup to make sure the right time is recorded for case activities?

Sender's address when sending mails from Call center

When sending mails from 'Call Center', it uses the user's local outlook, and the user's mail address is set as sender address. We cannot send mails from the generic support organization's mail address. Is there any set up on the IFS side to enable selecting 'from address'?

Time reporting, manual transactions and material issues are allowed when the task is on hold. It looks like on hold doesn't do anything other than restrict the status change. What is the exact purpose of having the on-hold functionality in work tasks?

Customer price list per price group

In the customer window price list per price group tab, it is possible to add several price lists in different currencies. And if the Preferred Price List tick box is selected, it says the ticked price list would always be fetched into the Customer Order Line. But it was noted in some scenarios even though a preferred price list tick box is selected COL picks up a different price list. What is the reason behind this?
