Hi, On the Business rule transaction, if we make a search with %Access% (see below), it seems that we don’t have standard rule for access_group and RMA.1/ is it correct ? are Request/RMA stored in the same table and the rule 67 works for both RMA and Request ?Going Forward, in the RMA transaction (Detail tab) it seems that we don’t have a field access group like we have in a request. is it correct ?2/ Could you tell us why we don’ have this field in the main/detail tab  in the RMA (like we have for ECO or Request) ? 3/ On the RMA transaction, it seems that “RMA type” is linked to the global table “Req_type” . if it’s correct ? if yes,  How can we filter this table in the RMA screen to only display “Req_type” that are relevant for RMA.A RMA could be created without a previous request (if the customer make a return directly in the repair center) and in an organization, we could have some repair centers. I recently configured a new permission set, and applied it to a user, but the Lobby shows a “data not found” message: In the Permission Set > Presentation Objects by Component, under IFS Base Functionality > Lobby - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE #TODAY# is selected. However, in Presentation Objects by Navigator Lobby Overview is revoked. I can't figure out the data element I need to grant to get the lobby in view.    I did remove the user’s personal profile, and base profile just to see if that had any impact, and it did not.    Anyone have any ideas as to what Permission Set detail affects the lobby view?   Thanks!

Dear community. I’d like to create a custom event that will be triggered if someone attempts to perform an action that is not allowed by the PLSQL rules. I will use Error_SYS.Record_General to display an error message and perform a hard stop. I would like to be able to also trigger an email at this point to a user to let them know that someone tried to perform the action. The problem i am finding is that the Error_SYS.Record_General stops the commit transaction and also the email that is generate by COMMAND_SYS.Mail. I was thinking of using exception handling etc to get this to work but so far have been unable to. Same goes for creating a second event action, since the Error_sys stops the transaction this didnt appear to work for me either. Anyone have any bright ideas?Many thanks,David.

Hi All, Can anyone assist me with below query ? 'Bad Request' Error is displayed on running the check in of a document after the initial check-in. The document view option provides Bad request error when the document is checked in but not when the doc is checked out.Faults are inconsistent as in some times when trying to check in a new doc against a revision bad request is shown but others it is not same class same format different result.File path has been checked and verified in both application and Middleware.This has been identified as only be exhibited in a Clustered Environment. Further information:Connection method (VPN / direct access etc) ? Issue recreates for both VPN and direct connection Shared patch is accessible from both Primary and secondary node. IFS services are running using a domain account that has read/write access to the shared location. When a request is created and saved or autoassigned (requireds a save) an error message prevents the save and says there is a mismatch in parameters. Do you think that the issue is that what ever FSM uses to create the pop up is missing\corrupt?F.Y.I. The customer recently moved DB from Azure managed service to Azure VM.   

We have a quick report the runs via RMB on the Shop Order.  This creates a label for the item.  The user has asked whether it is possible for the report to print a number of copies equal to the Qty Complete  and at the bottom of the report print  1/5  2/5  3/5  4/5  5/5   on the respective page/copy. Is this possible?  And pointers much appreciated. Thanks John 

 I would like to a quick report on the 12th of the month for the prior month.  So on April 12th it will run for the month of March.  On May 12th it will run for the month of Apr and so on.  This report is also run manually by the users.  Is there a way to dynamically set the From/To date to be the prior month or do I have to create  copy of this report with the dates dynamically set in the select statement?  I obviously don’t want two exact reports because of having to remember to make all changes twice.  Below is the a screen shot of the server task schedule.

Hello IFS Community,We are getting a weird error in IFS Connect server logs (APPS8). The error says “Can’t get file channel”. We are trying to process a dat file (Inboud interface). This file is coverted into XML by Java transformer first and is then processed by BIZAPI.This file works fine sometimes but not always. We have already checked the file/folder permissions but all looks good.I would really appreciate if anyone can help on this topic.Jfyi, we tried to restart the connect server and changed the POLL_TIME as well in FILE_READER but no luck. Thanks & RegardsMohit

Hi, I have an issue with adding a field on a lay-out in Report Designer. I want to add a field on the pdf lay-out of the Customer Invoice, but two tables overlap in Report Designer with as result that I am not able to add the new field. Does someone know how to resolve this issue? Please refer to the screenshots below.    

Hello All, I’m hoping there is somewhere in IFS to track this. It was recently discovered that an Availability Control ID was applied to a large group of parts in an inventory location. I have not found a place in IFS where you can view when and who applied the ID. I’ve checked Inventory Transaction History, but I do not see the transaction there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,There is a requirement to generate a email with a hyperlink in Apps10. For an example, a user will receive an email with the no of Purchase Orders pending to be authorised by himself. Along with the count, they require the Aurena link to PO as a Hyperlink in the email.Is this possible?Thanks.

As we all aware, when there is a Drop-off location defined in one particular warehouse (or below levels) and when we move parts using a Transport Task, once we execute the initial transport task, system creates a new (or add to existing) transport task From Drop-off location to Forward to location. I couldn’t find any link (connection) to identify the newly created (or existing one) transport task from the initial transport task. Is there any way to directly go to the newly created (or connected) transport task, instead of go and search in Transport Task/s widows?

I have a requirement for a Sales Quote that also has a Quote Expiration Date. (yes, it is ovbious that we should just make the field required so thay have to enter a date, but I am required to do it this way.) If the Expriration Date is Blank, take todays date and add 60 days to it and put it in the field. If the Expiration Date is not blank, do nothing. The example I was sent from IFS is the attached SalesQuoteExpirationDate.txt If you notice in the attachement, there is a ‘DECLARE which goes down a few lines and stops at END;’;Then there is is code that does the exact same thing as above in a diffrent way, I was told we had to “fool” the system which is why it was done this way. During testing it was found that you have to save it twice and then refreash the screen. I think it is because of having to “fool” the system and this work around is not working.  Sales does not like this. Is there a bettter way to do this through an Oracle Script? Dear all, Is there a way to simply mark invoices so that they won't be involved in a Reminder propoal?I've seen that you can set the Reminder Blocked unitil in the window Reminder/Interest Info per Customer Invoice. Unitl the date set ismn't passed invoice will be excluded from a Reminder proposal.Is there a posibility to set this field in an other way?Or is there an other way to mark invpoices that they won't be involved  in a Reminder Proposal?I know that I can Exclude them when I've made the proposal but then I've to do that every time I've made a proposal. That's not what i want. 

Hi All, It was my understanding that all reserved materials can now be moved in Apps10. But, when component parts are reserved for supplier materials, the system does not allow this reserved stock to be moved.Is this the standard functionality and what is the reason behind this? Hi, I have following requirement, please advise If a supplier is 45 End of Month (45 EOM Payment Term) – they would be paid 45 days from the end of the month the invoice is received (i.e. 45 days from the end of April). So if an invoice was received today (2021-04-08), we would pay them on 14th June at the earliest (31 days in May + 14 days in June = 45 Days) .Please note that this payment term has been granted to us by the supplier  In IFS, if we check “End of Month” in payment term and set 45 Days as “Days to Due Date”, system give priority to “Days to Due Date” and then apply the “End of Month” as a result due date becomes 30th of May . BR Champika     

Hi,     In IFS Aurena or IEE , by which menu I can attache parts into Handling Unit?    eg: in there are 10 parts-A  in stock, I would like to put 5 in Box-1 and other 5 in Box-5.    ※in WaDaco, I know we have “ATTACH_PART_TO_HANDLING_UNIT” procss ,   　 but in Aurena or IEE , I Cannot find similiar menu.
