You cannot install enterprise explorer in Android or IOS devices. It supports only Windows.

Aurena Application can be opened in mobile browser since it is web based.

Hope this helps.

There is nothing to install. You just have to type the URL in mobile browser  :)

Bring up Aurena in a Windows browser window and note the URL you access to reach it.

Type in the same URL in a device-based browser (e.g. Safari on iOS) and you are in. Are you running into some issue with accessing web site on your devices?

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

I am facing above error when goto access aurena using https://192.168.10.100 :48080 instead of https://ifs-app:48080.

What can be the issue?

Yeah.. Seems https certificate is not valid for the IPE. It’s bound with the URL. That's why it is giving this error.

So you have to use the URL instead of IPE. Is it working with the URL.. ?

Yes, It is working with URL (https://ifs-app:48080) from the intranet. But unable to get connected from, IP address, Is it a certificate issue only?

@mzislam  That's actually not an issue. That’s how it works.

Certificates are normally not bound to IP addresses. certificates are bound to a domain name.

That’s why it works only for the URL but not for IP.

In my earlier posts  there is a typo. Instead of IP I have typed IPE it seems. That should be IP and not IPE.  :)
