Is there an accurate way to tell the on hand inventory for a certain day?

Hi! What is the logic in Reminder Templates? I’m trying to understand the logic between “Accepted Delay” in General Tab and the “Min Days to next Reminder” in Reminder Levels Tab. If set up as below I assumed that the First reminder will be sent out after 7 days as in “Level 1” in “Reminder Levels” tab. But I got invoices 2 days overdue in my Reminder Proposal.

Hi,Do you know whether Payment Advice can be generated in languages other than ‘en’ ?I have tried to print it from Report Archive with different languages. But still I get it in ‘en’.Thanks  

We have successfully hidden Report Code from our users in a few places within Time Registration in Aurena using the Page Designer. However, we cannot find the element that drives two additional places we would like to hide Report Code from our users. Does anyone know how to hide Report Code in the two places shown below? This is Aurena, Apps10 UPD7.  On the visual chart below we cannot find the component of Page Designer that will allow us to hide the Report Code (B2 in the example below).  We also cannot find within Page Designer where to hide the column Report Code on the Project Favorites screen. We would like this hidden for all users as well: 

Hi  I wanted to see if anyone has any setup documents or work instructions for IFS Time Tracker 10. I’ve found some setup information on the forums. I haven’t been able to find any work instructions for the actual app as well. Hello, I am looking to aid a German plant with the GDPU requirements. Although the are many audit source available, many of them are blank and do not have the source columns. Does anyone know how the columns can be added or if this is even possible?I was not able to find any documentation in English. Also, I am in apps 8 Thank you 

Does anyone know how this field gets populated? Most of our orders have this blank, but some are coming up with MAINT, which causes us an issue.  Thanks for your help.Mike 

I have an environment where we don’t want to allow the use of Pool Work Order or Technicians to Create New Work from mWO Service 10.  Is there a way to hide these tiles on the home screen in mWO Service 10?

Is it possible in Enterprise Explorer to duplicate a standar windows? For example, we have the Active Work Orders (overview) and Prepare Work Order (form) windows, but we need to duplicate this windows with a different configuration than the standar windows. I need to import excel ot csv data to database in AURENA client page .for example ：click button in client page, open a dialog to choose excel file, then import to database . is there any control to use?

We are mid-upgrade. We switched from DB Authentication method for login to Azure login. Now our mwo devices are not receiving new assignments. I can see existing assignments but newly assigned are not coming through. I am able to login to the app, but then I receive this message ‘The sync process has started failing’. I go to Details and it only takes me to the Sync page in the app where the normally spinning green initializing circle reads ‘idle’. I am not sure the sync’ing issue is related to the change from DB Authentication to Azure, but it was working without issue just previous to that change. No other changes were made at the time. So it may be something else and a coincidence, but I thought it was important to note as the major change.Any ideas? 

HiOur PO’s may have documents attached on the header of a PO or on a Part Line/No Part Line.Using Aurena, if we query a PO and it has attachments on the header, it will indicate this with a counter. But if there are documents attached to Part or No Part lines, there is no indication of anything being attached.It is only by clicking on the each line’s attachment paperclip does it refresh the line with the number of attachments, if they exist. For our managers working from remote sites and using their devices to approve orders, this is  not efficient.Is there a way to display the attachment numbers right away when a PO is displayed?We are currently on IFS App 10, update 9, We are being told that we should have an update available for us with in the next few weeks. Not sure if that will make any difference or not.Thanks!

Hi - I have created a company in IFS 10. But when I try to delete it, I am getting an error with a basic date error. Can you please help me with this?  

We use multiple companies in IFS and sometimes we see that an invoice lands in the wrong company what gives a error message. That is a good thing because you do not want an invoice for company A in the administration of company B. Unfortunately I have not found the option yet to change the company code within the screen of external supplier invoices. Is it possible to change companies within this screen? Or do you have to push through to the wrong company and then within the wrong company and then ‘cancel and create’ into the correct company?

Hi All,Does anyone have recommendations on how to mass-insert records from a XML Hierarchy select? Our goal is to automatically add “person_place - PORTAL_PLACE” records when a new place is created in FSM, based on the place’s global_name.     i.e.    new place (PlaceA) is added for global_name (Spencer)hierarchy select retrieves all person_id’s for people that have Portal_Place entries for “Spencer” Mass-insert inserts a new person_place record for “PlaceA” for the people identified in the Hierarchy Select. We tried with Mass_Update, which seems to be limited to “update” or “delete” only..  we can’t insert new entrieswe tried with Perform_batch, but the insert portion only applies to the 1st result of the hierarchy select (multiple results, always just 1 insert) sample of the perform batch: <perform_batch><hierarchy_select result_name="ppinsert"> <primary_table>person_place</primary_table> <from>person_place</from> <attrs> <attr>person_

I have a data source with a Market_Code parameter. The Lobby Element is a counter displaying  a total value On clicking on the counter it opens the correct Quick Report but it is waiting for the user to enter the parameter. How can I get the Lobby MARKET_CODE parameter value to pass through to the Quick Report Market Code parameter. In the past with list elements this is easy because it is simply a case of selecting the target column:   However, the counter doesn’t have this options.  I tried adding the Lobby Parameter value to the Data Source:  But the counter doesn’t have the target column option. I have tried amending the URL Address e.g. ifsrep:qr.598898&MARKET_CODE=$MARKET_CODE$ but then the report doesn’t open. Please advise. John

We have a requirement to setup GDPdU for a German customer.The setup ‘per se’ seems pretty straight forward. Having looked in the LCS in IFS there are a few “How To” instructions ( that are not accessable) Does anyone have a similar type doc - in German or English doesn’t matter - to help us understand what the requirement is, how previous DE localization now in Core should be setup to properly meet the requirements of GDPdU in Germany etc. Any guidance is very much appreciated. //K
