We are exploring the use of Route Work Orders. I have created a route list, ran calendar generation to create my list of route work orders.
The status of the Route Actions defaults to Completed under the ‘Route Report in Status’ column. Logic would suggest this should default to not completed. Is there a way to do this?

Please refer System definition> Object Property , property name : DEF_ROUTE_ACT_STATUS. It is possible to set Property Values as 'COMPLETED' or 'NOT COMPLETED'. As a result of above setting, Route Actions will be generated with one of above status 'COMPLETED' or 'NOT COMPLETED'.
