in our case the issue was in the crystal report file, someone removed the report group, so the select criteria is not matching with the report format.

A similar error has reported earlier. Please try this and see if it works. According to the case, It seems like the report is waiting so long because it tries to find a default printer assigned. If it’s similar to your case, could you please modify the layout and remove this default printer? You can set “No Printer” from the printer options. It will allow you to render the report much sooner.
