When working on Customer Contracts, you can expand the OOS (Objects of Services) in tree view and then zoom into a line to look at the details but when you return to the tree view, the lines always collapse back to level 1, so then you have to expand it again, so if you are working on a lot of lines, you spend a lot of time just expanding the OOS each time. This is particularly difficult if working on a contract with over 100 lines because then you have to click on the “ignore retrieve limit” box and then confirm two dialog boxes before it will expand.
Is there any option we can set to enable the tree view to remain expanded each time we return to it?
