Renewal Options default

Is it possible to set the default “Renewal Option” to be rather than ?  We always use either “Not Renewable” or “Renewable even when Obsolete” and rarely use just “Renewable”, if ever.

Currently we are changing that setting using an escalation overnight but it would be better if the default was correct in the first place.

You can change the preferred default value via Customizer generally.   Are you referring to “Renewal Option” of Obj. of services page?

The below is from V15, but I believe you can do the same in V14.

Hi Susie,

We are not able to customize the Customer Contract OOS screen, for some unknown reason (customizer screen is greyed out) but possibly related to our customizations.  Perhaps for us this is best left until we upgrade to v.15.
