How to find which HTM data the pso workbench is using?       Recently received V3 htm data from IFS. I have created a separate user in oracle and executed the script. How to find which htm data my pso workbench is using. ?Now in my PSO database am having both v2 and v3 htm data.

I am getting an “unpack error” while uploading external voucher. I believe this is due to date format. Where, in IFS, i can go and change the date format that it will allow me to upload my voucher?

Hello, I’ve got a Custom Logical Unit that I have been able to configure a Page Configuration for. I’m wanting to add it to 2 areas of IFS (Service / Maintenance) so that the user can navigate to the Custom Page rather than having to go in via Projection Configuration > Page Configuration and selecting View Page. The main area i’m having issue with is what the values are supposed to be: Navigator Designer - add newPage configuration​​​​​​Page Designer ValuesI am hoping someone will be able to assist because this was always easy as pie in EE, but seems to be a bit more convoluted in Aurena. Thanks,Sean

For an Apps9 customer, I have observed that when creating MCPR invoices the ‘Multi-Company Project Invoice No’ is not updated correctly in the customer transactions.1. Create MCPR transactions > Approve from both companies > Create the preliminary invoice from Employee company2. “Multi-Company Project Invoice No” field is updated correctly in Customer company transactions.3. Release the Preliminary invoice > Then final (PJ) invoice will be created4. ‘Employee Project Transactions’ > Note Invoice No is updated correctly5. Go to Customer Project transaction > ‘Multi-Company Project Invoice No’ is not updated correctly. Any reason for this?Thank you

Good day.  I was always under the impression that deliveries and/or release updates have to be installed in sequence.   I have been asked whether you can jump from say IFS Apps 10 UPD 8 to IFS Apps 10 UPD 10 without installing UPD 9to which I replied no but wanted to double-check in case I have mis-understood.Deliveries have to be done in sequence but what about release updates? Thanking you for reading.

Hi,When scheduling reports/tasks, from which time zone, the time is shown in the schedule ? In most screens in IFS EE, the date/time is shown as per the time zone set up in the logged in PC.But, in schedules, it is not the time set up as the logged-in PC. Is it shown as per the time zone defined somewhere else in IFS (from the server time) ? Thanks,

Hi,We are having an issue related to history tab of MRO Shop Orders.When you manually add a material line to the SO, you can see that the order history captures it and includes the part number as the new value. But when you delete this material line, the order history doesn't capture the deleted part as the old value. I believe this should be captured.Can someone please validate?

I’m a new on IFS and I’ve followed a 2 months training on IFS apps10. When I create a distr. order, I need to repeat the process many times or click on refresh many times to get it released. Is it possible to scan this process execution through a menu (background processing)? and how to do it?

I have a question regarding conditionally showing the ‘Create Request’ button on the ‘Service Requests’ screen of the customer portal. In a nutshell, we service different customers (different organisations), some of which are allowed to create requests, but others not.  How do i achieve this on a customer by customer basis? the only way to do this i think would be by one of the following methods (if any of these possible)All customers get the same ‘Requests’ screen but conditionally show the button Each customer gets there own tailored ‘Requests’ screen Have a separate instance of the Portal for each customer, who then access it with their custom URL

Has anyone tried to restrict the access to notes in IFS9? We have several sites and they’d like to add site specific notes to customer records but it seems all users see all notes. 

Apps 9 user - When entering a manual supplier invoice with a PO Ref, the Line information does not show the actual PO lines, but rather just presents as one lump sum. In order to show the actual PO lines (to see if anything was marked taxable, etc.) you have to RMB and ‘Copy Unmatched PO Receipts’. Has anyone found a way to make the lines populate automatically when the PO Ref is entered?

I ran to the below error when trying to create Customer Order from Sales Quotation through the header RMB. Strangely all the sales parts in the Quotation are available. How could this happen?  ‘Show Details’ dosen’t give the part no. Salesperson is different from the Coordinator. Not recreatable in the testing environment to report to IFS :(

Hi,I am in the process of setting up Touch Apps again as we were previously on Apps 9 Cloud hosted and are now on Apps 10 TAS on Premise.I couldn’t get the IFS Notify Me 10 app to work with iOS at all, however now that I have switched across to the IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 app, I can see the records syncing ok. However, I’m struggling to get the push notifications to work...What are the steps required for the “Push Enabled” checkbox against Installed Apps/Devices to become enabled? I can see in Application parameters, that for Notify Me that PUSH_ENABLED is ON and there are values against NOTIFICATION_HUB_PATH and NOTIFICATION_HUB_URL Thanks, Callum

What are each of the Address Types used for on the Customer Customer Master, General Address Information screen?  The drop down in Aurena shows Delivery, Document, Visit, Pay, Primary Contact and Secondary Contact.When I looked at the Object Properties for the VALID_ADDR records, it does not show Document in the values list.We are having trouble with the wrong address showing up on the customer invoice.  We have the Pay set up on the billing address and thought that would get us the information.  Now however it appears that the Document type is what is being used for the invoice.
