In Production (and UAT), on Tablet (it's OK in BO), in a service order or a quote, technician add a file whose title contains an accent and he can see this file in attachment. If he changes something in the service order or in the quote and if he checks attachment again, file has disappeared.This problem is solved if we change name of this file and delete accent (ex : e instead of é).How do we make sure that all characters can be accepted in the file labels?

I recently installed HF9 & HF10 for 15.1 and several periodic process flows have stopped. I’ve reviewed all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in the Process Flow User Guide, and not able to recover. Rebuilding the process works but that’s not a task I want to deal with.Anyone else run into this issue after updating or better yet have a super secret method to kick start the failed process flows? 

We find that Cause is not searchable in v15.2. We also think that the field is missing a button for lookup   Searching for cause %filt% yields 0 hits. I expect several - the cause codeID is Filterrevnet 

In the UI Designer, how can i make a field default to the value of another field. i.e. on the Project Screen i want field PERSON_ID_OWNER to default to CREATED_BY, i have putting the field path in the default value field but it just prints the path and not the value? its important that it populates as soon as they hit the ‘New’ button so that they onlty need to change it if it needs to be a different value

We have created a lobby in REGIONAL TEST CMB to display the no of invoices per due date . And we expect when we click on a record to traverse to “ManageSupplierInvoice” and only display the specific no of invoices . EX - fourth record says the count as 9 and if we click on the line it should only display nine records. The lobby is available in Regional TEST CMB under the name supplier Invoice . Lobby details This is the web access URL we use page/ManageSupplierInvoice/Form?$filter=(Company eq $[COMPANY]) & DueDate eq due_date.But it does not work as we expect and it seems it does not get filtered by the due date. when it goes to the page. Kindly advice on fixing this matter :) is it a limitation from the framework on using a date variable or is it a syntactical error.Feel free to do changes to the lobby element if you need to

If multiple concurrent users are accessing a lobby and the data is set to refresh automatically, will FSM run the SQL query once (at predefined data refresh interval) and send the data over to users or run the query separately for each user who has the lobby open?

   There are two issues that we need to get guidance from R&D. Issue that need R&D input. Work Calendar Issue : The Work Calendar don’t have access_group and due to which Dispatcher Role is affected : They should only be able to see the Calendars which belong to their access_groupCluster : they should be able to see all the calendars in multiple access groups Access Group Issue on Place in Request ScreenA Dispatcher is able to Type in a Place record which belongs to a different access group. This is a major issue since the lookup filters out the access group but why the FSM is fetching the details of Place which doesn’t belong to the current access group.   Dispatcher current access group : 00301008Place in the above screenshot was typed in and its access group is 0000101 Dispatcher has two Roles :   Both are incrementalOnly LC_ZELHEM_ACESS_DATA has access group   00301008 CONTRACTS : Same issue Any product can be typed in. How much control is there when deciding when real-time travel data from Tom Tom is used? On My IFS it says “The times from this cannot be used for scheduling because it is relatively slow.  However they can be used when work is committed in the schedule and therefore fixed. This improves the travel time estimated and also the accuracy of the following schedule.  “ Is there any way that this data can be used for scheduling? For example, can this data be used only for urgent tasks to get the most realistic travel time estimates that are used for scheduled and choosing the correct resource?

Hi,Please see screenshot below. Could you please confirm that the LINKS element does not include a next page functionality?As you can see in the screenshots the lobby element presented in the lobby is not showing the next page functionality. I have included 9 links in the definition of the Element and only 6 links are shown.So the user is not aware that there is more document linked to this element because the further pages display is not shown in the bottom right corner of the element.A double clicking in the element box is not ideal because it is something that not everybody is going to do to find out that there are more document links.Many thanks for your advise.

Is there any documentation about how to use XML_MESSAGE, VALIDATION_XML_MESSAGE, VALID_IF_FOUND and ALTERNATE_XML_MESSAGE?I have written some simple rules using only XML_MESSAGE, but If I wanted to use the other fields how do they work. My First question would be Does the VALIDATION XML run before or after XML MESSAGE?When does the ALTERNATE XML run?How do I use VALID_IF_FOUND? I’m Working in FSM 6.5Thanks!

We have quite a few customers where we use Alerts - often because we need to contact them a certain time before a PM. But it is often difficult for the technicians and/or dispatchers to see this. In Mobile Edge the alert is shown here - so the SA has to open the order to see it  We would really love to have it in the Work List somewhere. Like:  And if it is possible to show it someplace in Dispatch Console as well, my users would really applaud  

Hi all,Apps 10, upd 11.Bit of an odd use case but i was wondering if anyone knows how to hide a lobby element from a group of users but not the rest?Cant do it via profile to my knowledge.Have tried it via permission set by hiding the element ID presentation object but that does nothing. Seems to be once they have the lobby granted to them then it doesnt matter if they have the permission to view the element itself.Im trying to avoid duplicating lobbies for the sake of a few elements that need to be hidden from some users otherwise will end up with too many lobbies.Also don't wish to have X’s all over the screen so they need to disappear. Cheers   

Hi I created an External File Template for a Bank Statement upload.The input file processes correctly with all records going to Unpacked status.When I run the External File Assistant I now get the below error message where as you can see the Statement Date parameter is shown defaulting to the SYSDATE.Does anyone have any ideas as to why I’m suddenly getting this error message? I’m sure I’ve come across this previously but can’t remember what causes the issue and what the resolution is. ThanksAlan

Hello,Is there a way to specify a default filename when printing client reports? (FSM 6.5)When we use the print button we see a preview of the PDF version of the report and the default file name will be something like: REQUESTS_SERV_67c439a7-e9fc-413d-8d4c-44879a55ff4e.pdfI’d like to change that name, or at least remove all the extra stuff so we get REQUESTS_SERV.pdf to match the rdlc file name.  Ideally we could append the request ID, or some other useful value. Is this possible? Thanks!

Dear all,I cancelled an invoice with PO but the receipts that were linked to the cancelled PO arent usable anymore as the are still linked to the cancelled invoice. Can someone please tell me how I can resolve this problem.As I want to book the invoice again I cant match the receipts anymore that were used on the cancelled PO
