Hi,

One of our customers is getting the following error every few minutes. They have recently  upgraded to FSM 6.1.

They don’t have an record name ADMIN. Could that be the cause of this issue?

Hello Dayan,

Does the App params INTEGRATION_MONITOR_PERSON_ID And INTEGRATION_MONITOR_PASSWORD is correctly set. You may check this in App param for the existing values.

Normally to set the INTEGRATION_MONITOR_PERSON_ID app param to METRIX.
Better to Restart FSM Server if made some changes.

 

Additionally;

You can find the Integration Monitor Person ID and Password(encrypted) in the integration monitor's config file the same we set above.  That config file is Metrix.Integration.Monitor.Service.config and is located in the Integration/Monitor directory.  The values to set would be m5_default_person_id and m5_default_password.
