Hi @m.arif

This similar post will help you

Business Reporter error while login in UPD7 | IFS Community

Normally "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is a common error raised due to many reasons. So difficult to assume what is the exact cause without doing a proper technical Investigation. So Its better please log a case to IFS support.

There are few R&D bug fixes for this error in BR.

Ex : 159749 , 151656

If you receive same error when following below steps R&D bug fix 151656 will resolve the error.

Steps :

  • Open the BA client Admin Gateway through Shift+A+D
  • Give the URL
  • Don't tick the Use Single-Sign-On tick box
  • Login with username and password

Otherwise please log a case to IFS Support for further investigation.
