A question for APB. do you know how to save my own Gantt Chart List in the APB drop down list? e.g. My Own Shop Orders.  please refer to the screen shot attached.

You can create a new scenario by pressing the “Save As New Scenario“ button left to the Scenario dropdown.

 

 

Once created, the new scenario will appear in the Scenarios dropdown. You can edit the scenario settings (assign new plot settings, assign a sort order etc.)  by opening the scenario from the “User Defined Scenarios” in the navigator.

This works, 

  1. Put the objects  ( shop orders in your case ) of your choice to the Gantt area and then use the option “ save as a scenario”
  1. It will be saved as a scenario and will be shown in the drop down.
  2. Further , you can assign plot settings ( custom or preset ) to the scenario 
  3. you can define sort order for the objects
  4. IF You wish to - you can set up a scenario to load at the start up of APB. So your custom scenario can be set as your APB start up scenario.
