HI, we encounter some issue with the Astea workflow task executor sevice on V15.1H10 since one week . The service is UP but the API generated trhough process flow are not processed and stay in “queue”. We have to start the service again. i don’t find any error or relevant messages for that. Have you already exeprience this ? we have several servers on production environment, could i make this service up on several servers as today it is working only on one

Hi Christophe,
There were some issues with the Workflow process flows with standard HF10. These are resolved in HF11 which should be out soon.
In the meantime, we should get you the fixes that were implemented so you can merge them into your code as you do your own development.
Deploying multiple services will not help unfortunately if the problem is what I think it is.
