Navigate to Application Base Setup / General Data / Delivery Terms - Add a new Delivery Term 

Thank you for your response Jabous, I’m very new in IFS, how can I get to that base setup? I have version “IFS APPLICATIONS 7.5” and I run the “Make to stock and batch processing” module.

Do you have access to any other module, or IEE?  I am trying to open a Make to stock and batch processing module, so bare with me. 

Distribution, ShopOrderExecution, FinancialIntegration and RepetitiveAndQualityManagement

This should be the path in APP7.5: Navigator: General Data for Inventory and Distribution\Basic Data for Inventory and Distribution\Delivery Terms tab = F5 to enter a new delivery term.

If this path is not in the Make to stock and batch processing module (a.k.a windows client or executable), try the Distribution Executable.
