Assuming your question is, whether it is possible to change the qty initially entered on the PO using POCO , the answer is ‘yes’ that is possible by editing the ‘New qty’ field on POCO line.
Please share if there are more concerns.

When trying to do it on a POCO (from Project demand) it gives the following error
