Hi, one of my collegues has shipped a faulty part requiring repair. Ship list is created and says “delivered” the receiving was accidentally marked as “undelivered” now the part is stuck “in transit” as it is both undelivered and delivered. We cannot seem to recreate a shipping doc or another receiving doc. Is this corrupt data requiring IFS data fix?

If the receiving has been marked as undelivered, it’s considered item lost.

Yes, please log a ticket to IFS and ask Mike to upload the database, so we can rollback the change.
