Error message on picking product on sales order v15.2

Trying to pick or ship an allocated product, I get the following message:

I have tried deallocating the product, making sure there are plenty available in the warehouse. There is no error message in the event log.

But: the product is model Nonstock. Can this be the issue?

Hi Phil - we found the problem: a non-visible character had snuck in as part of the site ID. Again.

Hi Bjørn,

This needs to be investigated more directly, not just a general question.  The model information is not used for determining the validation the product can be picked or not.  I suggest logging a ticket and we will log at it.  Please be sure to supply the product ID and if necessary, we will request the database.

Ok, great to hear you resolved the issue and it was the old issue of the invisible character we have discussed a few times before.
