Currently the selectable date/time fields in assyst defaults to 12:00am in the from date and also 12:00am in the to date field.   Is it currently, or would if be possible in the future for the from and to dates to be pre-set to default to 8am and 5pm respectively to reflect business hours?

We are using V14.5We are seeing an issue that the Credit and Adjust feature does not work when we have Service Orders that have checklists attached to some activities.Has anyone else seen this and if so, is there a way to do the C&A with a workaround or suchlike?ThanksChris

Hi,We are fairly new to IFS and still learning. We now have some of our equipment’s that have been disposed off. The Finance Team have processed them to remove from the Service Contracts and Fixed Assets but we are wanting to confirm the best way to remove the Serial Objects.Do we scrap them to remove from Inventory or is there a better Disposal Process to follow to correctly remove these assets as Live Assets in Inventory. Thanks,

We have two sites for one of our companies. We have employees in the field that can work on work orders or work tasks for either site. I am getting the error that they are not set up at the maintenance org for the newer site. So I went to the resource navigator. He has two employee records - one for each company which checks out (he can do work at both companies as well)He is set up at all three sitesThe problem seems to be that he is only set up at 210 on the maint org as the error statedWe are only allowed one maintenance org per employee from what I can tell. How do I resolve this?

Has anyone ever experienced this customer order failure in background jobs:The Customer Order redeploys a Serial tracked Part from Inventory to a Customer. Hi Team, How to capture the accounting entries for Inventory Write down process in IFS10. As a finance associate, what are the basic set up’s needs to be done from my side. Thanks,Rakesh

There seems to be a dependency between the two non part usage fields quantity and transaction amount. Has anyone an idea why that is the case, and is there a way to disable this dependency? For example, there appears an error message if a zero is saved in the transaction amount field, that informs that the quantity can not be zero.

In MWO Aurena Native application, the Quantity Issued is not getting synced. We are using IFS V10 UPD 7. As per the process, the Materials are issued against Maintenance Material requisition in IEE Platform. The issued quantity is not getting Pushed / Synced to MWO Aurena Native application. The same is getting updated if i reinitialize the MWO application. Please let me know what I am missing. Any pointers here is appreciated. Thanks & Regards, Siva Ganesh M

Hi, I have to extend the expiry date of around 500 suppliers, is there any way to extend it at once or do I need to do it one by one?  Any idea?  Thank you

Can someone provide an example of a custom expression to use when scheduling a Run Application Server Task?  I have a task that should run WEEKLY ON MON AT 17:00 but if Monday is a Holiday I want it to run on TUES.  Our holidays are defined in work_time_exception_code.

After logging on to the main IFS start page, super users have the Search field at the top right available to type in, but most normal business users do not - it is greyed out and not possible to type anything into it. How is access to this controlled, so if needed we can grant the right security to non-super users who would want it?We have not been able to identify the object(s)  that users need to be granted access to so they can use it. Here is how it appears to a normal business user - the Search field at top right is unusable: In contrast, as a super user, I can use it- it is not greyed out, but I have full access to the whole system, which we would not want to give to all users: We are on Apps 10 upd 14 Thanks

2 questions on the advanced planning board Does the APB consider Shop Order Priority Categories and prioritize accordingly? Can the APB use characteristic sequencing during automatic scheduling when loading shop orders and/or during scheduled batch loading, or is the only way to use sequencing a manual process within APB?

Why am I unable to see data in the wallboard that I have created in CE6 Studio?  I have followed the tutorials and examples provided but am still unable to see anything.

Hi,When we wish to print, we may have the option between several layout, is it possible to filter these layouts based on conditions such as the status of the item?If not, the problem is the following:I can create a PO and print it in planned status, then I get a manual signature and send it to my supplier. In some countries, there is a risk of fraud, as I can then delete / change my PO, get an agreement with the supplier ... Anyway, we would like to ensure that all documents that are printed when the item (ex: PO) is in draft, have a watermark, or a different layout from the official approved ones so they cannot be used in a wrong way. Anyone facing this question ? Thanks.

Community,do you know the reason, why in Time Registration window, I select Project, and I would like to search the project to report time, but my project is not showing in the LOV. also the report code is also not showing, we have 3 report code in type Time, but only one shows up.Thank you.

Hi All, Surprisingly, I can’t appear to find any topics on this within the forum.  My client is a food producer of time limited perishable items (such as dairy). In IEE IFS plans in a day by day format. If you have a multi level structure, say 4 levels, this could potentially mean a 5 day lead time on the Top level component which is not ‘’real world’’.This all needs to be planned on the same day (all materials are available on site). This doesn’t refer to a situation when a material needs purchased and the lead time to get it in is 10 days. My question is, Intraday (sameday) Planning is Active in Cloud and covers this scenario. Has there been any work on Intraday in Aurena that can be utilised?  Thanks in advance.

Hi All, I have a requirement that technicians will allow to click on a button/link to preform some action. The button is located on the Task (DebriefOverview) mobile screen, but is read-only when no person is assigned. Any thoughts where I can configure these settings?Regards,

Has anyone tried/ succeeded/ know if it is possible to set up a mailbox reader channel in assystETM that will use an attached spreadsheet as the data source? Alternatively, how to pass this spreadsheet into another ETM channel for processing?Use case:We provide our users with spreadsheet templates that they complete and we import by datamapper channel. For example, purchased IT assets imported upon delivery to be updated and added to in more detail later by our discovery toolset. This is currently emailed to us and manually imported but I would like to be able to have their email automatically populate the database.
