I am trying to display a full address in a multi-line custom field. The custom field settings are:read-only text (unformatted) with multi-line enabled The implementation type is a Select Statement to grab and concat the information.  I am using CHR(13) for the carriage return in the select statement.The format expected to be displayed in the custom field is:Address 1City, State, Zip CodeCountry The custom field displays in the information in one line and it seems that the carriage return did not work. However, when I copy and paste the information into notepad, the carriage return is here.Is there a way for a custom field to read a break line or carriage return for multi-line records and, if so, how?

We have some instances where the address zip in Google Maps are incorrect, and can not be validated. In these instances we add the zip to the Zip Codes module in Astea.But I now have an case where even adding a Zip Code here allows me to save the address. I get the dreaded: The zip does not show up during validation:But is added in the Zip Code module:And there is no error in the event log

 System has created an unusual posting error on UNRCPT- (Reverse Receipt for Purchase Order) .  Any Idea about this posting. We have fallowed the usual purchase order receipt cancelation process.  Thank You

I am sure IFS will provide a ‘sale pitch’ - but I’m wanting to see if anyone is using it and what their experience with it are. I’ve not seen many posts in the community about it - so that has me a little worried.

Hello, We have a requirement for Appointment booking and I wanted to check if PSO would support this behavior or has anyone had a similar experience. Let’s say we have 100 Dealer Centers across the country which has their own In-house tech teams. A customer calls in and request to go to the nearest dealer center to get his service done. (There are no travel times for technicians, the customer is the one who would travel to the nearest dealer center to get a service) When a customer calls, he wanted to know which Dealer center has free times for him to make an appointment. Appointments window in FSM should showGrouped by Distance from Customer Location by Dealer Centre by Available booking slots. This requirement is different from our standard PSO Appointment booking process and We wanted to know if PSO still can be used to cater this. Appreciate your thoughts. Cheers!Praveen

Hello, In the "Customer Invoice Details" screen, for some invoices, I don't see the right click "Reprint Original" in the header. And I can't understand why it is displayed for some invoices and not for others. (See attached screenshot) Could you please help me? Could this have anything to do with a treatment that goes into "Report Archive"? Thank you very much. 

Hello all, We would like to ask if it’s pobbile to change the UI of the FSM mobile in the Android Application, in order to be the same as the Windows Application. For example, in the below “Details” screen, are we able to make the form fields to be displayed as in the Windows Application? (Label and Field in the same row) We want this configuration, in order for the user not to scroll down in order to see all the fields. Thank you!Android AppWindows App 

We’re using IFS Apps 10. Some of our users are forgetting to attach a file to the document before releasing or approving the document. My question is twofold:First, is there a way to block the Release or Approval of a document without a file being associated with the document revision record?Secondly, for those that were released or approved as essentially “empty” records, what is the best way to add a file to those records?ThanksEric

We are using IFS Apps 10, UPD 11 (Moving to Update 15 soon) via EE. I am wanting to create a Lobby with a Filter but unsure if this is possible. I want the User to have a Filter on the page that allows them to change the data showing in the Lobby Elements based on the Selection they make.  Is this possible and if so, how do I go about achieving it?  Thanks 

Print Agent service cannot be started after installing the Print Agent. Service user is in the Administrator Group. Im getting following error while trying to start the print agent service ---------------------------The print Agent took a long time to start and failed in the end. I am trying to book contractor's time against a PO. In EE I can use the Project Time Registration screen but in Aurena I can not find the equivalent screen, where I can enter a PO Number.If you type Project Time Registration in the navigator for Aurena you are directed to Quick time Reporter but you do not have the option to enter a PO Number.If you use time registration you also don’t have the option to book against a PO.As a workaround, I am using the Project Transaction Screen.    

I’m quite new to IFS, sorry if this is an obvious topic. I see that the IT department gets requests to change document numbers on documents in docman. (I would have thought the document controllers would handle this).There seems to be no possibility to do this in the IFS UI. Is there an easy way to change document numbers, or is the only option to update database records to change a document number?
