Hi Team , One of our customer reported an issue saying stock changes randomly in stocks and task screen Initially it was 104, then after two minutes it is  40 then after few minutes its 86 after three to four minutes it is back to 104base line sync ruleI checked the server logs when it is replicating couldn’t find any obvious behaviors Customer also having similar query in sync rule but their frequency is 1 instead of 24 and they mentioned that sync rule is executing every 1 hour can anyone please suggest me an idea how to identify the root cause Regards Shobana 

Hi All,I received the following ORA error during delivery installation in IFSAPP10: “ORA-29548: Java system class reported: release of Java system classes in the database (19.0.0.0.210420 1.8) does not match that of the oracle executable (19.0.0.0.220719 1.8)”Even though the installation proceeded till 100%, the error was written in the error logs.Could you advise the possible solution  to get the issue resolved.ThanksSobha Korottage 

In shop floor reporting,  shop order operation's labor class is different from the workbench user's labor class. Is there any setting in the application to choose which labor class is to be used for costing?

The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. ---> System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed out   at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() app param INTEGRATION_MESSAGE_EXECUTION_TIMER_INTERVAL is set to 60, would setting this application parameter to longer than an hour resolve this exception? Could restarting INTEGRATION CACHE solve the problem?Could restarting the ODATA IIS app pool solve the problem?Could rebooting the server solve the problem?

Hello! We have a Project Manager Lobby set up which pulls information using the User ID, however we have a user that has a different user ID that pulls through automatically instead of their own.You can change this field to a different user ID using the area below: However, I have tried to change the user ID back to the correct one and save profile, but it keeps reverting back to the wrong user ID. The user's setup is fine in IFS so unsure where this is pulling from and how to make her user ID the default for this page.Below is the information for this page also: Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks!

I wanna cancel a work assignment inside a work task as I am unable to close it, but when I hit cancel, it asks for cancellation cause. The only place where I could find cancellation cause is below, but it does not reflect in assignment screenso please tell how to cancel a work assignment.. When I am trying to cancel the work task, it shows the same screen asking for cancellation cause but no cause is autopopulated in dropdownso basically i want to know how can I delete or cancel a work task?

While trying to correct the start dates in the Assignments tab of the Employee File for an employee, I get this msg (the correct start date should be 14th Nov 2022). In the main Summary screen of the Emp. File, this date is correct and if I check the rmb option Set Employee Status details, it is also correct there.I have also checked the Position Access Setup screen for this employee, and it is correct there as well. So where is the system getting the date of 16th Nov in the error msg  from?This is in Apps 10 (in house system). 

HelloCan I ask for help in solving the problem. I have installed PSO but I am having trouble logging into IFS PSO Workbench. What user can log in there? is there a database user or a local one? where to get login details?I tried on users (which you can actually log into the database from SQL Developer)IFSSCHEDSIM, IFSSCHED,IFSSCHEDSYS,IFSSCHEDARCH. 

We have 2 MWS on the same server, (IT2 and IT3) and 2 print agents installed 1 for IT2 and 1 for IT3.  The print agent was installed for IT2 and this works without any issues.  However, when we start the print agent for IT3 the IT2 print agent ceases to work and stops.  On stopping the IT3 print agent and starting the IT2 print agent again it works without any problems. The print agents have been installed on the same application server where IT2 and IT3 MWS reside. Any tips/advice? Thank you.

Hi all,I need help to clarify the Pool concepts because we have a new scenario.The scenario consists of planning and sending a Work Task with Demands to two Resource Groups where only one will accept and execute the Work Task. In this case when one Mobile User accepts the Work Task, a Work Assignment is created and the Work Task is removed from all other Mobile Users in the Resource Group. The other Demand should be cancelled in Transferred Tasks/Work Assignments.This scenario happens because of the unavailability of resources and because the Work Task can be performed by any of the related groups and not by others. The Customer expects that the unaccepted Demand will also be dropped from the Pool when the Work Task is accepted by any Mobile User.The same scenario can happen with Tasks sent to Pool-Keep.What is your recommendation for this scenario? 

In work task reporting in service management module, user cant fill the hours in future date which is understood but when I am going to resource analysis, it is showing the calendar from future date only, why? I wanna see how many hrs are logged by resource in the past.

Dear Members, I am facing error when imported new SSL certificate in one of my IFS environment. My other environments with old SSL certificates are still working. I am practicing on Restful Apis. I can use Get and Post methods. However, I couldn’t use the Delete method. I added the If-Match parameter to the header. I tried “*” as the value, I tried with etag value. I couldn’t solve the problem. The error message is “ORA-20100: Error.ODATA_TO_PLSQL_PROTOCOL: ETag must have a valid value, was [*]” How can I delete a record? ExampleProjection: main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/EmployeesHandling.svc I can Post gender.I can Get the gender.I can’t Delete the gender.
