Hello, most ERP systems have a notes area where the user name and date stamp is auto populated. I'm familiar with the yellow sticky notes but the fact anyone can delete them and you have to click thru to see multiple is not effective. I’m wondering if there is another tab or functionality maybe my company is not using?

IFS has notes areas for customer and supplier (Customer/Sales and Supplier/Purchase) but these do not have a user/date/time stamp when editing them and they do not show anywhere else in the application. In older versions, I created a pop-up custom event that would display the notes when creating a CO or PO. A custom field on the CO or PO order header can also be used to display the notes.
