Hi, Does anyone know how to use the IFS Rest API’s to query for the document text associated with a Customer Order Line? Based on the debug console it looks like I need to use the DocumentTextHandling.svc API. But whenever I try to call it using the following: DocumentTextHandling.svc/NoteTexts(Objkey='{OBJECTKEY}') I get the following response from IFS: {    "error": {        "code": "ODP_RESOURCE_NOTFOUND",        "message": "Resource not found."    }} Does anyone now how to use the DocumentTextHandling.svc API? Thanks

Hi, For Call Routing in Customer support you can Routing values to set default Method.For Service Order this is not possible. With Customization i try to set the default value, but this is not working. Is there a way to set the default value of routing methode and order type for Service Orders? We are on 15.3.0.5 Thanks,Robin.

Hello, I want to post a transaction (e.g. Supplier Invoice) in a foreign currency and before completing the transaction (e.g., before paying for the invoice) I want to update the currency rates and run one currency revaluation to see how the system posts unrealized gain/loss to the GL on open AP. Could you please tell me how to update the currency rates? This is to be conducted in Apps 10 environment. Thank you!

We are implementing MWO for our Cloud customer (21R2). Accessing MWO from outside the company network is of course necessary, but we have not been able to establish a controlled access. The documentation we followed is here: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r1/070_remote_deploy/090_exposing_to_internet/We enabled the following endpoints at the network administration side:Aurena Native    /mob/ifsapplications/projection/v1/MobileClientRuntime.svc/*Aurena Native    /mob/ifsapplications/projection/v1/MobileAttachments.svc/*Authentication    /authHowever, this was not enough. The MWO Maintenance application was not able to connect. Only after we enabled also the root directory (“/”) we successfully connected using the MWO app. But that also exposed the entire IFS Aurena client to outside network, so this is not acceptable.Do you guys have experience of a clear set of endpoints that needs to be included so that MWO apps can access the environment?

Hello,When trying to upload a document in IFS cloud, im receiving below error.Something went wrong when uploading the file using the Aurena Agent. Error message: Missing or empty mandatory parameter: odata i did a bit of an investigation and the error comes from command CreateAndConnectDoc in the DocReferenceObjectAttachment.client file. When trying to execute the agentcall Upload this is getting failed. It looks like we cannot access aurena agent code. Can someone explain me why this error is raised. I suspect the file part could be a reason. File is located in a folder structure like below.C;\Users\t.user\New Folder\Test.pdf any help is highly appriciated.. ThanksRoshanga

Hi, We see on Cancelled Order that the associated activities stil have de status open or fulfiled (completed). In the documentation i read that all Associated activities will also marked as cancelled as well.But where does the activity marked as cancel? Also when canceling a order we will get below pop up that says that fulfilled labor will lose.But when i check the canceled order the Fulfilled labor (completed) are not lost? For example:below order is cancelled, but the Associated activities are not cancelled, they stil are Completed or open. How does this work? Because as i read in the documentation it should al be marked as Cancelled as well.  Thanks,Robin.

Does QUAMAN and its dependent modules need to be installed for a customer to use the MRB (Material Review Board) functionality in IFS Cloud 22R1?

We purchased the eInvoice workflow module.  We have partnered with Pagero to have supplier invoices electronically created.   In our set up discussions, the "External Supplier Invoice tax Code" form will only pick up tax codes that are set up as "VAT" tax type.  We have forever used tax codes with a tax type of Sales Tax or Use Tax for our Canadian and US companies.  Only our UK company is set up as VAT.   Although at the company level we are Sales Tax, it seems IFS allows us to change the tax type of an existing tax code to "VAT".   Are we able to do this?   Even though we have history with these tax codes or is it better to create new ones?   Please advise the repercussions of changing this tax type and/or creating new ones.  We are not certain what is the best practice in this case. Hi Expertsi have created a Report of fix Assets object Transactions. Now i have objects (rows) where the total value of the obect at the starting periods are 0. That means the total of the object transactions equals 0  Is there a Solution or workarround how to filter these Rows from the report automatically? I tried to preset a filter in the design but it didnt work. The filter gets deleted as soon as you run the report  I also tried to add a advanced filter on the repeater and also on the field

Hi!One user create a new Inventory Part. Then can not query it from Production Structure. I notice that the part Product Status (in tab Revision ) is Not in Effect.It is strange. Why the Product Status is Not In Effect even the Phase Out is null? This should be the reason can not query it from Production Structure. How can I make it In Effect?  How can I create BOM? Hello, Recently we’ve updated a custom form to include a new field which was made required in a form  referenced by some of our service requests.However, some of our contact users started complaining that they could not log an event anymore, because it was just shown “An error ocurred.”Almost every time we checked, it was a cache problem, but for two of those users, who use Firefox, even after clearing all the browser data, the new mandatory field never appeared.We ended up reverting the mandatory substituion of that field in Customizer, but I was wondering: given the nature of this issue, which mostly is dependend on end-user browser configuration, do you have any tips or advice on how to smoothly introduce this kind of changes? I was wondering if configuring JBoss cache control to avoid cache would be a good idea, but not sure it would work and even how to test it.Regards,Otmar

My company is new to IFS Cloud. We are working on our Chart of Accounts...ideally we would like to keep the Chart of Accounts we currently have user for the past few decades and not redo it, basically for easier reporting and history. We are being told we should not and I am looking for opinions and to see if others have kept their COA when making the switch or just changed them sparingly.Please advise 

How to add a view file to a document revision? Customer has an original DWG file stored to a document revision and they need to have a PDF file as view copy.
