Attach a document to Shop Floor Workbench

I want to attach a document to Shop Floor Workbench so that everyone (especially the workers) could read the document before their operations. And I don’t want to attach the file to every operation…But there’s even no Logical Unit for Shop Floor Workbench to let me activate “DocReferenceObject^” connection. Do you have an idea how to make it happen ?

Adding Custom LU fields in Report Designer

Hi,Is it possible to add fields from a custom LU to a report designer reports? I have enabled the LU however, they don’t get added to the XML.When looking at the code, noticed the following in XML_RECORD_WRITER_SYS.Add_Custom_Fields_impl__, which seems to cause the fields to be not considered when they are from a custom logical unit.Is there an alternative way, other than re-creating the fields as custom fields in an existing standard LU? Estimate calculation different than Part Cost

Hello, I have noticed an issue regarding the Estimating module that I do not understand. It appears that when bringing in an Existing Inventory Part and running a Calculate on the Estimate, the unit cost does not match the Part Cost in IFS. Sometimes it is off a few cents, others it can be more than $1. Below is a screen shot of a single Routing Op step part, in a single Site, with a basic Product Structure. Running Calculate on the Estimate shows a difference in the total cost:The Routing and Product Structures all match in the Estimate. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Using Pseudo Codes on Supplier Invoices

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my question :) I am trying to apply Pseudo codes into the posting line information on the posting proposal. I have created a Pseudo code as follows: Pseudo Codes Base Data I then tried to attach this code to the line: RMB on the Posting line in the posting proposal and click on pseudo CodeWhen i do this, I get the following dialogue box. However I am not able to enter the Pseudo code from any list of values. When I tried creating a new one and saving it within this dialogue box, it wont allow me to view this saved record in the list of values either. Any help on how I can use these codes in the invoicing process would be appreciated :) Thank you Mish

Change a document class on an existing document

Hi All,Is there a way to change a document class on an existing document? Or, is there a process that can transfer a document to another document class?For example, we have Doc No BYC-12E-10-XX-XX (1 OF 2) that is in doc class ENG-243 that should really be in ENG-248. our staff created 2 new customer orders. number X1 & X2the accountant can see all orders, only those 2 orders are disappear !user can see other orders for the same customer and other orders for the same project ! what shall i check.

Customer Order Project Connection error

I am receiving the following error when I RMB on a Customer Order Line and select “Connect to Activity”.The activity I am connecting to is on a Project that is created with the same Order no. as the Customer Order. I have compared the Customer Order with another Customer Order that is connecting successfully and both are identical (same parts on the Order line and the project is the same also) AccountingCodeParts.MISSCODE: The value I100453 used for the code part Project is either missing, is a budget/planning code part value or has invalid time interval Where “I100453” is the Customer Order number and also the Project ID that I am trying to connect to.Thank you for any replies.

Custom fields in Aurena - Apps10

Hi,I am able to add custom fields in Aurena using page designer. When I save and publish, I am able to see them. However, when I close the page design and go back to the page, the custom fields are no longer there. The Page Design still has them. This is happening in all the pages in the instance. It is working without issues in another instance for the same customer. 3 of us tried and noticed the same behavior.Is there a parameter or a setting that needs to be enabled?Thank You & Best Regards

MX_U Table: How to Intrepret This Data?

Hi,we have gathered some data from MX_U table. But I come across to a question how to interpret some data shown. On this captured screen data of Feb. 02, 2022, at around 1 am.mx_u_01, mx_u_02 fields showed something related to mobile app.But user doesn’t have mobile device installed.The question is because: time was wee morning, user didn’t do any work, and user doesn’t have mobile device installed.And a lot of same processes. Custom Menu Condition for differing languages

Hi all,the Custom Menu shall only be active if status is <> planned. If one defines only this condition everything is working fine.BUT: if I add several languages for this condition, the RMB does not show up anymore: Any idea how I can manage it being able to define several conditions for state which in this scenario would be the translations of state. Report Designer 200.2.0000 unable to select a label to edit

I’m new to IFS10 and Report Designer 200.2.0000. I have been asked to change the labels on few fields in the OrderQuotationReport.I was able to click on DELIVERY_TERMS_DESC, delete the label and use the Text tool add the updated label. But I’m unable to do the same for DEL_TERMS_LOCATION. When I click on that label it shows the Header properties instead of the Table cell properties?I have tried to move the ORDER QUOTE LINE section down to display the entire header, but that doesn’t solve my problem either. I have 3 labels in this area that I need to update.If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

How di I configure voicemail boxes in CE6?

Can someone give me instructions on how to configure a voicemail box to output voicemails to email in CE6, please? I see the Contact Centre unit must be configured in Advanced to send voicemails as an attachment (done) and I see there is a box for me to enter an address (no indication of what the delimiter to be used is, but I only have one address in there for now) and in the IVR I have selected to record voicemail, which works for me, but the emails aren’t being sent out. There are two mailboxes set up already, so presumably it’s not that. Trying to confiure on Pagero.

Supplier for Purchase Part Lead Times on supplier for Purchase Part

We would like to confirm the rules for Supplier for Purchase Part Lead Times on General Tab on the Supplier for Purchase Part.We were told that the Procurement Lead Times are on a 7 day/week calendar and that all other lead times in IFS are based on a 5 day/week calendar.Example: Supplier Lead Time = 4 weeks. 4x7=28 days lead timeManufacturing or Expected Lead Times = 4 weeks. 4/20Can someone please help us confirm?Thank you,Michelle
