The field mobile user is checked as editable as shown in attachment but till we can’t edit it

Trying to create a custom menu to go from Transport Tasks (table view) to our own process of Transport Tasks. Tried putting the full form address with Action and Process parameters in the ‘Destination Window’ field but it does not seem to work. Is this possible?

Hello, Could you please explain to me how the customer invoices be corrected in the below scenarios?How can an invoice be corrected if it was invoiced in the wrong currency? Are we able to make a correction in the price if wrong UOM is used, in this case it was lb instead of kg.Your time taken to support in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I want to make a custom field that will be sortable and just list True or False if the Phase Out Date for the row is less then sysdate, is that possible? 

I have a scenario where we have a project with a connected customer order line for an assembly (manufactured part). In some cases, the design of the manufactured part will not be final when the customer order line is released and attached to the project activity. Whilst the product structures are ‘tentative’ or maybe the part is not transferred from engineering, MRP will obviously not plan for components further down the structure. However, some of the items may be long lead times and so we need to get these started. In order to achieve this we thought to manually raise a purchase requisition for long lead items and connect this to the same activity as the customer order line. The thought behind this is that we order the required long lead item, but it is ring-fenced for the correct activity. When the assembly part is designed and structures are made buildable it should be able to see the already created supply for the long lead time part.However, on initial testing of this process PMR

I have a user who can download and view a word document, but cannot open the embedded PDFs in the document.  He does have view and edit access to the document class….I can both download, view, and open the embedded PDFs so it is not the document…I am stumped….anyone have suggestions on what to try?We are using Apps10 upd.14IEE

Hello,I was wondering how the values in the Equipment Object Cost/Revenue Analysis are generated?To get an insight in the operational cost I am looking for a method to connect part cost (i.r.w. maintenance activities) to functional objects.My current guess is that the Purchase Requisitions generated by Work Orders are linked to Functional Objects. Additionally, if we were to add labor cost to personnel we would also start generating labour cost via Clockings of Work Orders. Could anyone help me with these questions?Kind regards,Wout

Dear community, I run into problems when I try to keep lines together after a page breake in report designer. I need to force the report designer to keep all rows together. If there is not enough space for the rows, the rows should be displayed on the next page. Can someone help please?    E.g.   

Hi!A strange error message was received when copying cost set 2 to cost set 1 for some parts (copying was done in a batch job):“Part A on Site B has a total cost greater than zero in the header portion of the part cost screen, but no cost bucket information was found!”The result was exactly that, the parts got a Total Sales Cost and a Level Sales cost but no information about the distribution, i.e. cost buckets were blank. It was resolved by copying the part to cost set 1 again (individually) but it would be interesting to hear if anyone( @majose perhaps) has a theory on what could have happened so that it can be avoided. I am trying to use Division/ Region based allocation in PSO. I have done the below configurations:         I have updated region in FSM address which is flowing to PSO against the activity. I have created same regions in PSO as Divisions and assigned some technicians against each division I have created the shifts of the technician separately for each division Now my expectation is based on the region of the activity, PSO should allocate a technician who belongs to the same division. But that is not happening. Please note that we are not using team as skill.Am i missing any link here? Please help.@Sajith Anushan  @Dakshinie Wickramasinghe  @jimmy hultman

Hello All,I’m looking for the process to add new users to our IFS Cloud account.Who do I contact to get a new user invited to setup their account? Is there a manual or course for this? How do I know what roles to request? Hi Community We are trying to find a solution to support the following scenario: Technician will report labor time on an operation does this on the shop order screen RMB - Report Operations UPdates the REPORTED_LABOR_TIME field Time registration screen is NOT updated So technician needs to re-enter the labor time in time registration screen Ideally we would want to see the labor time reported on the shop order to be reflected in the time registration screen as well.Is there set-up to be done (that we may be missing) for this to happen?

When I run the query “select plan_start_dttm from task where task_id = 8215,” it returns the timestamp in Eastern time, not my local time (which is Mountain standard time). When I view this datetime on the DebriefOverview screen in mobile, then it is displayed in the timezone that my phone is currently set to (in my case, MST). When I run this same query in the smart client, it is returned in my local timezone MST). When I run it in the client script, it is being returned in Eastern time.How is the timezone being retrieved from the server in FSM? What table and field is populated in the database to set the system timezone? For instance, the status_as_of field in the task table is being stored in the mobile database in Eastern time. Where is the timezone being set in the smart client? 

Hi all,In IFS Cloud 21R1, I am looking for the required set up to make visible planned working time for a person resource in "Allocate resource" page.From the legend, I can see color codes corresponding to Calendar Details so it should be possible to have them displayedWhat I have done so far :create a day type dependant schedule in HR and assign it to the employee with time base = generated results the employee is linked to a resource with “use of HR schedule” activated I executed 2 background jobs : Generate Timrep intervals and hours + Generate calendar for Gantt I selected the option “Show working time” in the settings of the “Allocate resource” pageAnd yet I have a grey line throughout the day : What am I missing ?Is there anything else to do ? Thanks for your helpLénaïc

Hi Community.  I have looked in IFS today and found that a PR cannot be connected to a Work Order through the Aurena client.   Does anyone know if this is by design?   It doesn’t look to be hidden at all, it just isn't there.  I cannot find any information about this in the release notes for its depreciation or inclusion in future updates.

Hi,In app10, we have following options to grant access to specific reports under the permission set.  I'm looking for the same option in IFS Cloud (22R1)I want to give access to some reports under specific permission sets. Can you please help me to find this similar screen in IFS cloud ? I see its bit  different in IFS cloud, so I cannot find 'Reports’ under presentation object by navigator.  What are steps that I should follow in IFS cloud ? Thank you. 

Hi,since end of September it’s not possible anymore to properly setup IFS AutoBuilder from \\corpnet\files\F1Tools\IFSAutoBuilder There are 3 reasons for this:The configuration part has split into 3 sub parts (LKP, CMB, MKE) which renders the setup routine unusable as the configuration file SetupBuildAutomation.xml does not hold the correct paths for the IFS ConfigBuilder anymore.
