The IAM was giving the below error without any changes from the application side.
What can cause the issue?

Judging by the ORA-00257: Archiver Error , this is a database error that occurs most probably because the database host ran out of disk space to archive redo logs. Please contact your DBA and check archive log related settings in the database.
