We are in cloud 21R2. In the attachments in customer window there are more than 20 documents attached but only 20 records are visible in the attachments, there is no way to change the view to list view. documents are shown only in card view. Is there a way to show all the documents in the attachment section without going to revisions?

It was found that this was a permission related issue, once the permissions are granted the users were able to see more than 20 documents
