We have an standard “Terms and Conditions” PDF file we need to be able to send with the standard Quotations Report from IFS Cloud.  

This should be a default attachment every time a quotation is emailed or printed.

Any good instruction how to set up this in IFS Cloud?

 

This can be achieved by using a combination of PDF Inserts to store the Terms & Conditions and building the appropriate Report Rule to append the pdf at the end of the report for example.
