Afternoon all.
It is early doors on this functionality, but does anyone now if there is a permission relating to the administration of keywords on Offerings in the Service Designer in v11.6? I am interested in whether we can enable our business users to manage their own search terms.

Hello Steve,
There is currently no option to manage keywords on Offerings for Business users.
This is only available to assyst users, in the assyst portal, when they have access to the Service Designer.
I would suggest raising this as an enhancement in the ideas area to be considered by the Product team.
