My Customer would like to setup thier Crystal Server to integrate with their IFS Cloud application. Is this done by FS resources through a Case or if there is a way my Customer can do this?

If the customer’s residency option is ‘Remote’, they can install the CWS by themselves. Please refer to the documentation here:
If the residency option is ‘Cloud’, you can request the CWS to be installed by opening a case.
