Hi,We are looking to introduce a new offering on the Service Catalogue for our assystNet users to use for when they want to provide us with feedback on the portal. So, for example, if there was something that they felt needed changing/correcting on a specific offering, then they could let us know. But before I go down the route of creating a specific offering for this, I thought I would reach out to see if anyone else has a better idea? I’ve checked the wiki, and the only feedback option available seems to be in assystWeb. Ideally, there would be an out of the box solution for this?

In this screen, we have a user who wants to be able to view all sites, but only be able to Edit their own site. Is this possible?  

I'm working on the AssystETM Email Channel where the process should create a new incident IF it does not find an existing incident.  In our "Email-Initialization" DataMapper, we have a "Variable assyst search" that is looking at the assyst Resource of Event, which is searching on Event Status = "OPEN"; Event Type = "INCIDENT"; and Affected User Name = "Import Default", with a specific Service Offering. Hi Colleagues,In 22R2 there is a functionality for automatic update of currency rates.I was able to set up the workflow by using the https://currencyapi.com and API Key provided by this service.However I need to test if this functionality will be able to fetch the currency rates from polish Bank Portal: http://api.nbp.pl/en.html and I can not see any API Key there.Do you know if it is possible to set up “finCurrencyTypeUpdate” workflow without the API Key? Kind regards,Aleksandra

Hi, we’ve recently added a barcode 128 to one of our report layouts. This barcode represents a read-only custom field, which can and often will be null. I’ve noticed though, if the field is null, a placeholder barcode is still printed on the label. Is there a way to only show the barcode if there’s a non-null value in the field? We expect the placeholder barcode will confuse users, as they won’t be able to scan it.I know we could have two separate layouts, which the user can choose from when printing the report - but ideally, we’d like just one layout so the user doesn’t have to choose which to print.Thank you!

I have set up the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event  action:       RMB in the Customer Order header and selected E-mail Order Confirmation   With DEBUG on the following was passed:   Customer_Order_Flow_API.Email_Order_Report__ was executed with valid information and valid email address.   However, no email was received.   If I print the customer order confirmation and instead of printing tick the Email checkbox and enter the same email address the email is received.   What am I missing?

We created a new supplier by mistake and cannot delete it.  There are not transactions or purchase parts associated to the supplier but when we try to delete we get an error that the “supplier is used by 1 rows in another object”Does anyone know how to delete a supplier that has never been used.? thanks 

Hello,I am trying to have every pick list that appears in the ‘Create Pick List for Customer Orders’ page get automatically created. We have the shipment types set up properly so whenever we create a pick list from that page, they come out properly. What i want to do, is to automatically print those. I have a schedule set up so that every 2 minutes, it runs the “Create Consolidated Pick List for Customer Orders” database task. This gets almost all of the Pick Lists for Customer Orders created, but the ones with the Supply code of “Purch Ord Trans” do not get printed. They appear on that page, but for some reason, the task does not create those. How do I fix this? We use Consolidated Pick Lists for Customer Orders, but we are requested to create pick lists for all items on that “Create Pick list for Customer Orders” PageHere is the database task I have set upAny advise or insight would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Hello,I created a custom screen with 5 tabs all coming from custom tables linked to the main custom table for this screen. All of the tabs below reflect that. The issue is that all the tabs will show a record count above the tab except the ‘Accessories’ tab. The ‘Location Information’ tab just has informational fields in it and not records.I have matched up all custom metadata fields to mirror the attachment tab as well as the primary key field. I have looked through the UI designer properties of both the tab and the primary key field to make sure they match. I have made sure the datatypes match up between parent and child tables.Does anyone have any further ideas I can try to get that number to show above the ‘Accessories’ tab?

Hi,  Does anyone have any experience of using ‘or’ statements in demand flow SQL statements? We are trying to create a demand flow for demand planner client using an “or” in the sql statement to exclude some customers. Our statement is:Select contract, part_no, issue_date, issue_qty from IFSAPP.external_invent_part_issue_pub  where CUSTOMER_NO <> 'CUST1' or CUSTOMER_NO <> 'CUST2' The flow doesn't error out and is created in the client, but the quantities in the created flow are still the total demand, so no exclusions are being done. Thanks  

When Running Group Consolidation , we are getting this Error Note - Please note that we have recently added a new entity under this node, IE10, which could be the reason for this error, but we don't know what the issue is.This error is happening with all four structures mentioned above. Attached is an example of the error in Opera

Sup Boys ‘n Girls,In the current PO report layout that we are using the article number does not fit into one line so it automatically breaks down to the next (see annex). That fact has already caused some misunderstanding with suppliers as they did not expect the article number to continue in the next line.  Is there a way of highlighting the article number (e.g. put a frame around it) or let it fit into one single line? Any support is appreciated. Hi,We are using Customer Repayment Proposals to repay customer credit invoices, using EBFNOR payment format.But, we noticed that files are failing in bank as it containing KID(Payment Reference).For customer credit invoices this payment reference is assigned us and it does not make sense have it on the file, as we are paying.Is this a bug? Or is there a way to skip it on the file?We use App 9ThanksGayan

I have a bit of an obscure question that I received from our customer that I’m hoping someone here may know the answer to: They’re wondering how long the duration of time is in the customer portal is before you’re logged out due to inactivity. I see in the configuration editor there is a ‘Session’ parameter, however I’m not sure if this parameter is for internal sessions, or is also the session duration for the customer portal as well. Hello,On IFS Cloud, I am currently attempting to take a custom field I created, and populated with data, on the CustomerInfo entity, and have that appear on the Lead - CRM as well as the Opportunity - CRM page. I have attempted to create custom attributes for the BusinessLead/BusinessOpportunity entity that references the custom field I created for CustomerInfo, which, using page designer, appears on the page, but sadly it does not populate with any data. I have also created a projection that takes the CustomerInfo/BusinessLead entities and maps them together by the CustomerID, but doing so does not help as this new Projection is not tied into the BusinessLead page. In the Configure standard projection page, I cannot search for the CustomerInfo entity, to tie it to the BusinessLead entity, as it does not appear.How exactly can you pull a custom field into a page that has a different entity?
