How can we decrease the stock of packaging when making a shipment?
We are creating Handling Units per pallet in “Shipment”, is it possible to connect a package (Inventory Part) to a Handling Unit?
The purpose is to keep track of the number of pallets on stock. We don’t have packaging included in the product structure.

The possibilities to connect a HU type or accessory to an inventory part and that way be able to automatically track consumption when packing and then have better support for replenishing packing material is something that is started to be developed as part of the 23R2 release.
So currently in Apps10 this is not supported unless you manually decrease the qty on hand for the inventory part that represent the packing material (HU type or accessory).
