Hello, Has anyone had any luck with pulling the inventory part number with the GL voucher rows analysis data?I want to see if there is a way that when I run the GL balance analysis or GL rows analysis it pulls in the inventory sales part number as well. Thank you!

We sometimes need to update the billing customer information on Repair Orders after the product is received or shipped back in the system. Is there a way to unlock these fields?

Hi,I want to use line break for long texts. How can I break to row? I tried with “<br>” tag with “<p>”. It worked. Then I divide the text and I added “<br>”. It didn’t work with “<ifs-data>” tag. Maintenance transaction analysis i have found errors and the code part values are invalid and i have extended the respective code part value valid until date, after i have ran rerun errors now the transactions are in valid status its authorized and all the work order line are authorized and i have ran Transfer maintenance Time transaction still it is Valid state not transferred.Thanks for Advance

We have an ETM Channel where we want to fetch a n existing Building in Database using “Address1”.Basically, the details that we can use to fetch Building Short Code are:Address 1 Postal CodeWe don’t see any lookup filter for Address1. Is there any work around? 

Hi All!When I create a new task from the maintenance engineer portal,not all of the new reported work task are counted by the NON ASSIGNED element. But when I assign a resource manually  to the task, the ASSIGNED element counter increases.What are the criteras to make a new report get counted as a non assigned task? Thank to all your advices

Hi everyone, I have a problem about “Self Service Procurement Portal”.I am not able to see one “Self-service Procurement catalog” in the “Self Service Procurement Portal” and I don’t know why. I’ve checked the following :Self-service Procurement catalog is published and is valid for all users Category Assortment is active Product lines are existing in the catalog and are not set as “excluded” Companies of all sites are defined in the “Companies” group of page “Category Assortment”  Sites are defined in the valid sites tab of the “Self-service Procurement catalog” Self-service Procurement catalog is up to date (update has been made)Another catalog works and is seenable on Self Service Procurement Portal. Good afternoon - We have a case where the Work order is not updating the Work Order status from the Mobile Device - Mobile Work Order is at status Started however the IFS WO is showing at status Assigned. Can anyone advise why this issue is happening. Many thanks all

Hi All,Is it possible in Alliance v12.5.1.16 (yes, old I know), to get the Open and ETA times to adjust based on Access Hours in the site record, or by some other method?For example: Maybe a site doesn’t open until 10am. If a service order is created at 7am and there’s an SLA of an hour, then the Open time will be 7am and the ETA time will be 8am. But the site doesn’t open until 10am.So what we’re wanting to achieve, is that if the job is created prior to that 9am open time (allowing for the 1 hour SLA), then it will make the ETA time 10am. (The time that the site opens).We’ve actually tried adding “Access Hours” in the site/customer record, and we’ve tried the same in a new ‘warehouse’ and assigned that warehouse to the site/customer record, but it does not have any impact on the Open or ETA times when a Service Order is created.Seems like something that should be do-able.Any advice out there?CheersMark. 

We have created an ETM Channel where we are creating new Items. To create an Item we need to provide Section-Department. Everything works fine until we try to provide NULL Department for Section Department.Example: Section-Department “ABC-” already exist in Database. But when we are trying to fetch it from ETM it returns all the Section Departments that has Section as “ABC”.

Hi, we are using V15.4We have found an issue when creating a Contract or Contract Quotation, when adding products to the Obj. of Services (OOS).  In V15, once you start typing in a field, the auto-fill feature offers you matching products and you can select what you want from the list and it seems to add the product BUT we have found that it does not really add it properly, only looks like it did.  To properly add the product you MUST also click the elipsis (...) and then select it in the pop-up.If you don’t select it properly, you only find out when you run the PM Batch Scheduler and you find that all of the products not added properly, do not get added to the Service Orders.I think it will be necessary for me to open a support request for this but my question for now is: Is there any way to turn off the auto-fill, to stop it suggesting matching choices?  Then we can avoid the issue until fixed.If so, can this be set per module or would be a global switch off?  Is it controlled in All

I am trying to achieve a scenario where the DSE will schedule as follows:On an empty shift, activities can be scheduled within a hour hour radius from start location - therefore offering a wider range for where activities can be scheduled.Where a pre-existing activity exists on a shift, limit travel to 1 hour from that activity to the one being scheduled.Should the configuration I have in place achieve the above?No max shift travel is required.thanks. 

In IFSAPPS 10, we could grant a permission set to a user group But this is not possible in the IFS cloud. Is there any alternative to achieving the same? Is there an estimated date to have this in the IFS cloud? 

  Hi,On serial objects placed in the equipment structure, there is an option to return a serial object to inventory - "Move to Inventory". The reason to return the Serial Object to Inventory could be for sending it for repair or to take care of an old component as an extra spare object. But it is not possible to return the serial object to Inventory if the Part No linked to the object only has Serial Tracking "At receipt and Issues" and the Serial Tracking "In Inventory"=FALSE. The selection "Move to Inventory" is only enabled when the Part No connected to the serial Object has the Serial Tracking "In Inventory"=TRUEI tested and it is the same behaviour in: APP10 UP16, as in Cloud 22R2 UP5.My customer says that from a logistics perspective, it is highly desirable not to track their parts in stock, only in part serial.Why is it not possible to return a serial object to stock if the item is not serial tracked in stock? The serial tracking is anyway in the part serial catalog.Best Regards

We have got an issue after and upgrade from 22r1 to 22r2. It seems to be a bug in the framework but as we don’t have access to any bug database I’ll try to raise the question here. We have an out bound message goin out true ifs connect with http sender and a soap action added wit : (ex urn:test:test2:tes3:v1/test) this was working fine in 22r1. In 22r2 it has been introduced new way of authenication in the http sender where you can use non,basic…. What we see is inside the table fndcn_address_label_tab and column address_data_2 the data has change inside here:In 22r1 it contains only the soap action like thisurn:test:test2:tes3:v1/testin 22r2 it has been added more data into this and now it looks like thisAuthenticationMethod=None:SoapAction=urn:test:test2:tes3:v1/test In 22r2 when ifs connect process the message we get this exceptionExecutionException from Sender threadCaused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending dataCaused by: if
