When I create an SPC chart, it seems that the system only considers the measurement result from result number one. Why isn't the average of all result numbers of a data point of an analysis taken into account?  In my view, this should be (100+39+39+39+39+39) / 6 = 49.167 Could anyone please help me resolve this issue or advise me on how to proceed?

As per customer when trying to return the parts using “register inspection result’ in the return tab system gives error message “Puchase order of type EXTERNAL SERVICE ORDER’ cannot be return to the supplier.How can handle this in application? Is there any workaround or solution?

I created and approved a project transaction with ‘Create cost accounting’= Yes; but; cost is not updated on activity, although, hours are updated. What could be the reason ?

Hi All, I’m having an issue when adding Custom Fields from Customer Order to Business Opportunity page as a configuration.As following screen shots I have added a custom field to the Entity Configuration and Projection Configurations mapped accordingly.   Now in Business Opportunity window I have added a list and trying to include that custom field (TEST) here, but none of the custom fields are visible in the attribute list when trying to add to the content.I have tried refreshing projection cache, but no luck. Hi,in FSM Webclient it’s only possible to delete a note which was created by the login user.How can a note be deleted by another user?Is there any setup defining it?

How do I force UPPERCASE in Data Migration type MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA? I have a Source column and I want to force UPPERCASE on import of data, how can this be done? Is it done at the Method attributes?  

Hello,I would like to have a popup or alert appear when a user prints off the Shipment Delivery Note. I initially tried to use a user task, but these can only be used with a projection action. I need values to pass through so I have access to the SOURCE_REF1 field for Shipment lines, so what is the best way to go about this?With the projection action, I don’t have access to SOURCE_REF1, and with the event action, I don’t have access to a user task to notify the user. What is the solution here? It seems like there is no good way to approach this issue. (Why is IFS intentionally difficult to work with?)Any advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

I’m looking for a way to display multiple user’s Assignments calendar in Aurena (IFSAPP10).In the Calendar function under Maintenance Engineer>My Assignments>Calendar there is a calendar where a schedule is shown for my user only. I’d like to see all service engineer’s schedules/tasks somewhere for coordination purposes. Is this available in somewhere in Aurena?We are using the Service Contract module only (No FSM).  

Hi,How to properly configure so that if the customer exceeds the credit limit, the customer's order will be blocked or a notification will be displayed.

We have a persitent custom field on the Service Contract, where we enter the number of the related Sales Quotation. This works fine.Now on the Sales Quotation Line I would like to fetch the Service Contract ID in a read-only custom field. The select is as simple as it can get. It technically works but it is very (!) slow, especially if there is no contract to be found.Here the speed comparison in PL/SQL Developer: Running the select for a quotation with 67 rows takes 21 seconds (!), if this one custom field is part of the select statement. Without the cf, it takes 0.2 sec. How can I optimize the speed?Thank you for your input! Catherine

Hi  Is there a limit on the lines to be added to a direct transfer? We are in the process of shifting warehouses and we will be reorganising the stock into new bins and just want to find the limit for lines on a direct transfer 

All, I am having trouble understanding how IFS comes up with the average issues over a period. Our periods are set by month. I’m attempting to view the average issues and receipts for period 1 of 2023 (January). IFS indicates I’ve done a qty of 1219 in that period. However, reviewing inventory transaction history, I am only seeing 1170. Is there another location in IFS that also determines issued qtys? The help doesn’t seem to indicate any specific location or even the transactions it considers to be issues (Counts, Shipments, etc.). any guidance would be greatly appreciated. 

Is there any direct way to know the Reconciled ID of an invoice when it is matched with a bank reconciliation?Currenlty we need to manually navigate in the Cash Account reconciled transaction analysis to find the reconciled id of a particular invoice

For quite some time now we have been struggling to get the ISO20022  pain.001.001.03 file to transfer Plusgiro payments for us. Danske Bank has told us not to use the combination SESBA and 9600, but to leave these both fields blank. It all sounds simple enough but we just don’t seem to get it right anyway. Any clues?

Hello,I am currently trying to print off customer order attachments automatically based off of a certain custom event I created. My main issue is that there does not seem to be a great way to sort through all of the listed items on the Document Object Connection window and print them off.I would be sorting based off of the object key, which I can do just fine, but I am not sure how IFS workflows can be designed to go through all of the different items in this list. I could do it normally in javascript if there was an object that acted as a list/array, but it seems like workflows want to be built with loop sub processes, to handle lists. Does anyone have an example workflow that I might be able to use for reference? I haven’t found much luck with the technical documentation.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Can someone explain how we can remove an excess Inventory Reservation of a Part that is Stuck in a ‘Shipment’ Type Location? I’ve seen a lot of ASC Customers facing this problem of having potentially ‘Stuck’ inventory in  ‘Shipment’ Type Locations due to various reasons (in Most Cases, we don’t know how they end up having such unusable Stuck Inventory Reservation). For example,  They have an ‘Invoiced/Closed’ Customer Order Line, with a None Zero ‘Reserved Qty’ value. When you look at the Inventory side Reservation, Part is currently in a ‘Shipment’ Type Location. If the Location type is ‘Picking’ we could simply Unreserve the Stock through a Data Repair (Because it becomes Available stock as soon as the Unwanted reservation is Removed), but for a ‘Shipment’ Type Location, you can’t have ‘Unreserved’ stock. I would like to know whether any of you came across this issue in past, if so how you managed to get over this situation?

Hello Experts,Could you please assist me with a concern related to the FSM mobile app?A customer has reported that some users need to reactivate their mobile device, and I have attached a screenshot for reference. I have been advised to delete the mobile record from the PERSON_MOBILE table as a workaround. Hello Community,Currently, the production planning department has a very interesting question.They want to know (and of course see in IFS) how long a shop order will block a certain physical production area.Example: Shop Order 12 occupies all of room B and one-fourth of the production space in room A. The scheduling of the production area is of course also related to other shop orders and can therefore not be assigned to the article in a fixed manner.In other words, another resource that can be assigned to the Shop order and is focused on the shop order start and end dates would be required.My first thoughts were on the work centers. These, however, are less flexible because they are assigned to a operation in routing.The concept to (mis)use machine utilization for this, given that we don't use machine hours, also originated in the department. Do you have any implementation suggestions?
