Hi Rasika,
I’m not sure which IFS version you are referring to.
But in IFS App 10, through MY Work client it is possible to directly Issue material in Inventory without a planned Material line. When issued a cost line will be generated refereeing the material transaction.
In IFS Cloud, this option is available in all Work Tasks clients though the Issue Material assistant through Issue New option.
For Reservation there is no such option.
But Returns can be handled the same way as Issues without having a planned return line.

Are you referring Work Tasks page and from there we can use Issue Material Assistant?
