Make toast messages longer visible

In IFS Cloud, if a toast message appears on the right side of the screen, it disappears very quickly if the cursor is not hovered over it.
Is there any possibility to change the duration of these toast messages, so that they will be displayes longer?

This should be possible from 23R2 onwards with the following system parameters.

Hi @Kasun Balasooriya ,

are those parameters per user or global?

Just to be sure as the Category as said “User Settings”.
