Does T voucher postings created using trans code PRJC1 & PRJC2 create any cost postings which add that as a Project actual cost?

Hi
Yes, but a prerequisite is that you set up Posting Type PRJC1 for the code part used for Project using Control Type AC2. This way the activity sequence will be included on the cost posting and will update the Used/Actual Cost of the activity.
Note that you will only see the Actual Cost on the activity after updating the project cost voucher to the General Ledger.
