Is it possible to mass update customer order lines Discount percent? The update would only be on open orders. Some orders we need to add a discount % but some custmers have 1500 open orders. Any suggestions?

Good Morning, Looking for some help regarding Advanced Supplier Payments. We are in need a way of handling supplier payments in Advance. I have looked at the Payment Schedule method, which uses payment schedules/advance supplier invoice for the down payment, this works great ! Our supplier invoices are automatically loaded and the AP department then follow on to then match with the receipts. It is this which is causing us the issue, in a lot of cases the supplier invoice comes in with no notice of an advanced payment being received; when the invoice is matched itself, there is nothing which alerts the AP department to the fact that there is a payment schedule which exists/an advanced payment was matched. Have I missed a step somewhere, any help is greatly appreciated.  Kind RegardsPaula

HiWe are getting an Invalid Member Name error upon running an IFS Quick report. The SQL used runs fine in PL/SQL Developer.The report contains a number of parameters which require user input so have used prompts such as ('%&User_ID%')  which have worked fine previously. The report also contains a couple of UNION ALL statements.Any suggestions on what is causing this would be appreciated.Thanks

For example I have this window in Aurena/ Technical Portals/ Work Details.Text in blue are all links, but this does not lead to helpful information. So I would like to turn this link into plain text. How do I do this?

We are unable to use IFS Notify Me 9 and Incident Reporter 9 on newer Samsung (Android) devices since the last google play system update on the 1st April 23.We offer up our own touch apps server, so existing users are unaffected but any new ones are not able to use the mobile apps.Does anyone know what happened here? Is there play to backdate the support for these apps?I read the master article, and it seems that there can be some lag in updates but I dont want to lose the functionality altogether.

In our IFS10 Test environment, I was trying to run a sql statement report, as long as it took more than 53 seconds to finish, the system will popup the following Gateway error.  But I never had problem with the same report in IFS9.  Could someone give me some suggestions?thanks,David Cheng 

Hello, Community!I need help with the custom page creation funcionality on IFS Cloud. I followed the steps shown on IFS Cloud technical documentation on how to create a custom page and I’ve managed to:Create a new entity; Create Persistents custom fields on the new entity; Create a new projection and tied it with the new entity; Create a new page and then added all the persistent custom fields through page designer.The problem now is, I cannot input any information on the custom fields I’ve created. It doesn’t even have the iput box, so I can’t type any information in.I’ve placed the custom fields using the group element in Page Designer.Can you help me?Thank you!

In Astea alliance v14, dispatch console is not connecting to only 2 out of 6 sessions.Tried (DSE and cache services) service restarts and IIS resets.Even after multiple such attempts the dispatch console remains disconnected to the 2 sessions only. Anything we can do to resolve it?

Hi All, I have two Employees who has been assigned to the work location ID “Thu” And I have created a “Employee Selection Template” and when I “preview” the Template details both assigned employees shows without any issue.  But When I try to use the same template to load the details in the “Employee new Schedule Assignment”  window, all the employees are getting filtered instead of those two employees. Is this a bug? or should anything else needs to be done to fix this.

Could the field the Select Statement is entered into when adding a Custom Field PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be a properly sized text editor?  It’s nigh on impossible to work with in this limited ‘ticker tape’ size. Thank you!! Linda      

Where can I find the schedule for the Application 10 updates?

Currently (23r1) we only allow a single quote to be attached to any Request.I am encountering scenarios where we would want multiple quotes per request.  Is there any plan to add this flexibility?Scenario:There’s an initial fault, for which a quote is issued (and accepted) so work can begin.  While performing that work, further damage is discovered to another part of the assembly, and the desire is to create a second scope with its own quote for that additional work.  Work should be able to continue on the original scope, which was already approved, whether or not the customer accepts the second scope quote. 

Hi Did anyone try to use ScanIt on Android 4.4 version? One of our customer has Falcon X4 devices and there is not possibility to upgrade Android version to newer one. Accesing through web browser(Chrome, Safafi) is invonvenient and very slow. Is any workaround or just only changing devices?
