Developer Studio Installation not ongoing

Dear all,on two machines running Windows 11 we can not install the latest developer studio version.After the configuration, the popup dissapears and no new Wizards appears. My problem does not reflect this solved topic: Any hints?

Mandatory Field in Form Assistant

Hello Community,I am wondering if anyone has had a change to modify the Form Assistant design. I am trying to make a field mandatory within the Sign off of a Guideline when signing off through the Shop Floor Workbench.I have tried using the Page Designer, however it does not impact the Form Assistant itself. Did anyone have any luck or tied this?See below picture for reference of the field i am talking about.

Stock ABC anlysis

The baseline Stock ABC Analysis is recommending parts with no value and no usage be classified as “A”. “A” items should be set on the parts used most often and the highest value (based off of the % set).What is used to derive the calculations for the analysis on both the stock record and the part?We need to know what are the calculations based on when that analysis is generated?

Alliance 15.2: removing Allocated Product from partially invoiced order

We have a partially invoiced order where we need to remove 2 lines with status Needed (closing the order will remove these, I find). But we also have one line that is Allocated, and I can’t find a way to deallocate it

Shop Order Material IEE vs Aurena

Shop Order Materials behaves different in Aurena: using IEE the overview includes closed Shop Orders as well as Shop Order Lines Closed; using Aurena, the table doesn’t include items with either status.Any advice about how to make it work in Aurena the same that IEE?This table is important for tracking usage variations of the components (required vs actual).

Customer Engagement Center (CEC)

I am trying to raise a support case via the CEC and it is not working - it has been a good while since I’ve had to use the portal but nothing is working - I can log in but it won’t allow me to view cases (loads are missing) but also I can’t raise a new one. Has something changed? We are still paying our support charges even for Apps9. Help very much appreciated.

I have a requirement to link a newly created Service Request to existing Service Request using ETM. Complete process:I am triggering an ETM Channel on a task of Service Request. From this ETM Channel I am creating a new Service Request. Everything is working fine.The only issue is that I am not able to link this new Service Request with existing Service Request.Please help.

GET custom fields & values with REST API?

We have a custom form on our service request events, with custom fields and values. These are returned by GET /assystREST/v2/events/123 in the response node <webCustomPropertiesDescription><==# ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (DO NOT EDIT) #= #==></webCustomPropertiesDescription> encoded as a series of double asterisk delimited name/value pairs in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION element.We are integrating with another system that needs to process these custom fields and values.Does Assyst REST API provide a means to extract these name/value pairs in a structured way? Or do we have to writing a custom parser that is tied to the internal custom encoding?We have Assyst v11.4.

Custom Item Forms Created in v11.4 Don't Show Correctly in v11.5

I created some custom item forms in v11.4.3, applied the necessary visibility requirements, and associated the form with the required Product Class value. However, since I upgraded our test environment to v11.5.1 the majority of the fields in the custom forms don’t show, even though they are not hidden or discontinued. If I remove the custom form association then the default Item form details are all shown. I also tried creating a new custom form (from the default) and, without making any changes for visibility etc, all fields are still not shown.Is there anything I need to change/reset/correct for custom forms at v11.5?

I am trying to pull an event’s itemB’s userChar fields using Rest and note that the uri below only presents the API with the basic/ standard information set in the connected items.http://<Server>:<Port>/assystREST/v2/events/10183439?fields=affectedUser[],itemA[],itemB[]I have tried explicitly calling the field in the web request uri with no luck.?fields=affectedUser[],itemA[],itemB[userFieldChar12]This information appears if we run a second pull using the item id extracted from the event, but that seems a bit wasteful and we are able to pass it in from the AP as a parameter if necessary. But I was wondering if anyone was already doing this and whether you might be able to give me some pointers? Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to automatically transfer charges from an intercompany customer order to an intercompany purchase order and an intercompany customer order? In the example below, system automatically creates purchase order P100033879 and customer order S100041153 after the customer intercompany order S100041152 is released.We need to transfer charges from customer order S100041152:to purchase order P100033879:and customer order S100041153:We also need to update the charges for other orders when one of them has changed, as in the example below:the charges for S100041153 have changed so we need to update the charges in P100033879 and S100041152.Ideally, changes to charges in one order will affect other intercompany orders, such as a quantity or price change, and we can approve them in the frame "Incoming change request for customer order" : Please also let me know where I can find traces of automatically created orders in the intercompany process?
