I have a user that is unable to login to her IFS account. She can enter her credentials. It just hangs after that. Any suggestions. I had her clear her ifs cache.

Please ask the user to open the Windows Task Manager and check the running processes. If there is an IFS Enterprise Explorer process already running, end that process and try to login again.

I have the same problem, after logging in nothing happens. It doesn't go to the welcome screen. The problem only occurs on a specific user on each computer.
I tried all before with no luck. However, today I tried an Edge reset. IT WORKED! Go to the … in the top right corner. Choose settings → go to reset settings. Hit Reset. Not sure if this is needed (restarted computer) then open edge again and it works!
