Dispatch Console Work Task Unavailable

Hello,

I am trying to find some newly created work task in the unassigned task section in my dispatch console but I am unable to find them.

If I assign them however, I can see them in the assigned task section.

Can you check if the task has

  1. a duration,
  2. a resource demand,
  3. a map position?

Also note that the Refresh button does not refresh that panel - only the Gantt -  (fixed in 23R2), so try to search for your task in the panel using the task #.
