Community,any chance to know where we could see the approvals from purchase requisitions? in Approvals window, we cannot see approvals from purchase requisitions but only purchase order.Thank you.

Hello Everyone Please see below test case Successful installation of   Document Management Office Add-In 64 bit version       2.. Suppose you already logged into IFS EE client from your desired user       3.  Then you go to, for example outlook, select an email with attachment and select the option to save the mail with attachment        Even though you already logged into IFS EE, it launch the Application again and prompt the login dialog box ,      a) Is this the default behavior of the feature? or can we change it to use the already open IFS EE and prompt the docman dialog to attached the document     b) even though google chrome is my default browser , it launch the application ( when you use office add in) via Microsoft edge , is this also as expected. Thanks in advance KrAmila     

Hi Team,I get below error when i try to release a PO.Cleint Error : Inspect results : IFS Cloud Web version: 23.1.0.20230508120848.0IFS OData provider version: 23.1.0.20230518150529.0All page configurations are disabled and no active custom events as well.What could be reason for this error as , options such as ‘cancel’ works without any error.Any suggestion or insight is appreicated.

We are using IFS Cloud 23R1.  We have a customization that looks at the Business Opportunity Revision and performs a function based on the Active revision.  If the user forgets to select the Obsolete slider when creating the new revision and has two or more Active revisions, the custom action can’t perform the action. I don’t see a way to change the revision to Obsolete after it has been saved.  Has anyone else come across this problem?  Has anyone created a custom action to change the status of a revision?  

Hi everyoneI’m trying to implement a REST API call to a third-party platform.  I’m following the instructions at https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r2/030_administration/030_integration/300_ifs_connect/010_configure_connect/060_transport_connectors/configure_rest_transport_connector There’s no URL parameters at this point, I was just trying to get a simple call working first.I’ve set up and sender and the routing address for the calland also for the PLSQL connectorand set up the response rule But if I do the following call to Plsql_Rest_Sender_API.Call_Rest_EndPoint_Empty_Body I get an error in the application messages which states ‘No valid routing rule found’. What step have I missed in the setup?Many thanks! 

Hello,We are using Cloud 23R1.  Is there a way to fix the header of the page to remain visible to the user when the user has to scroll down on the page?  An example is customer order.  We’d like the section highlighted in red to remain fixed so that the +, duplicate, edit, and other action buttons are visible even when scrolling lower.  If this were an open order and the users needed to change an address, they first have to scroll down to view the addresses, scroll back up to click the pencil to edit, then scroll back down to select new addresses.  Is there a setting that I’m missing?   I scroll down to view addresses.  If the order is open, I’ll have to scroll back up to click Edit or any other action. Thank youJoann

Hello all, My team and I are fairly new to IFS APPS 10 Aurena and are in the process of migrating from IFS APPS 10 IEE to Aurena. We have recently discovered Aurena Agent but the documentation around this seems fairly limited. Is there any getting started docs or material that discusses how to get started with the various features of Aurena Agent. IE Opening up an external application (Can we pass in parameters, is this added to a command group or a macro, how would we implement etc?)

Hi,When we authorize a supplier invoice all of a sudden we get following error.“Error (Field [CODE_A] is mandatory for Inv accounting row and requires a value.) occurred while booking Invoice SI R1034-TEST05.” I cannot find any issue with missing account since posting proposal is already authorized. Moreover, we have set the accepted invoice rounding difference as $2 in the company settings so 0.01 diff on this invoice is totally fine. This is Apps10 UPD18.Any suggestions please? Thank you

In Cloud 22R2 I have a Receipt for a Purchase Order and when I report parts to be returned for credit the Supplier shipment is not being created, no visibility of the field to create a replacement order.Is there a step or  specific set-up that I could have missed to facilitate this?

I have an issue with matching SUPOA in EUR with manual supplier invoice in GBP. Company currency is EUR. Supplier off-set functionality is not possible due to the currency difference.I tried to match through mix payment’s matching section, due to the adjustments I had to make the remaining balance zero, SUPOA amount is there after the mix payment is approved. Thanks in advance.

How do I bookmark a filtered list?  For example, I’d like to have a shortcut to a list of all Events with IDs starting with CPQ_INT_TRIGGER.  I’m looking for a way to get from any page right to my filtered list of events with one click.  Thanks!

I’ve noticed that, unless you search for something without the need for any operators or luck, you now get nothing returned as search documentation results. This happens with all available IFS Cloud Documentation and makes it realllly hard to find anything unless you’re already on the application page when seeking page help. Has this been happening all along? Hi everyone, I’m implementing Assyst 11.5 in my companyI’m trying to find a way to automatically send reminders to my users and I was thinking about using action processor in assyst. For example, I’d like to implement a 3 strike rules that would send reminders  every x days when a user doesn’t answer to questions in order to help or ask to do something tand be able to solve “dead” incidents / cases after a whileIs there a simple way to set this?  Thanks by advance

Dear Community,I have added some sample Resource data manually under “Planning” workspace, and also created an activity / resource data using through REST API ( http://…./../IFSSchedulingRESTfulGateway/api/v1/scheduling/data?dataType=SCHEDULE&datasetId=Default&includeInput=true&includeOutput=true ) added under scheduling workspace,  I see the DSE has been picked up the resources from Scheduling workspace and scheduled the activities rather from Planning workspace.  Also I am able to create same resource ( with same resource ID ) in scheduling workspace as already added  in the Planning workspace.  Is this normal behaviour that we can add duplicate resource data in Scheduling and planning workspaces ??  Can anyone please clarify on this ?

HII have the issue to use our third party JAR file. This jar file is is used/imported in java implementation of projection action. During development in IFS Developer Studio is everthink fine and it should be doplyed to DEV server in buildplace and it is functional.But, when we want to create a topic environment for this customization, the automation build proces is not able to include out third party jar file, and building of .java file for the projection is failed because it is not able to include thirdparty jar file.The thirdparty jar file  is placed in these structure in git topic branch:fndbas\source\fndbas\server\libandfndbas\source\fndbas\framework\thirdpartyIs there any suggestion what we should do for right including the thirparty jar file to building proces in buildplace?Our version of IFS CLOUD is 23.1.2ThanksBR

Hi,does somewhere exist list of *.jar libraries included in IFS Cloud installation. I want to know, what libraries are already present, and I can use them. In whole repository is not any *.jar file and I didn’t find in documentation any information about including new *.jar files.I found only this:Does it really work? Should all used *.jar files be stored in this folder in fndbas or it could be in any module in same file structure location?ThanksBR

 please refer the below test plan.1.       Make a payment to a supplier invoice. Ex - mixed payment.2.       In Multi company supplier invoice analysis window,-          Status changes to paidposted and Actual pay date appears  3.       Rollback the payment/cancel the mixed payment. 4.       Then status changes to postedauth but the actual pay date supplier still appears.  could any one please confirm if this is a bug in the core.

Hello fellow users - does anyone have a high-level summary of the ‘Holidays’ functionality?I understand the intent is that these are broad ‘days off’ that can be set for ‘All Nodes’ or specific Nodes, but what is the system implication of these days listed.Will DSE know to not schedule people to work on these days?Thank you,David
