Today, our fiscal year goes from July to June. From begin of 2024, we must change it to January to December.
Does anybody have idea how to do this?
One problem, we have already transactions posted January 2024 to June 2024.

View originalYou are going to need to open a ticket with IFS. With transactions posted you are not allowed to modify an accounting period. We did a version of this (extended an accounting period) and worked with IFS to get a script to make the modifications. You’ll probably need a data repair for the already posted transactions to get them into the proper period. Either way, you’ll need IFS support.
Hi,
You Can have an Extended Finance Year for 2023 till June 2024 and have a Shortened Finance Year for 2024 from July to December. From 2025 Make the Accounting Year Adjustment from Jan to December.
for 2024 You might have to create Accounting Outputs using both 2023 (extended) and 2024 (shorten)
Ensure that you dont have any accounting entries passed to January 2025, other wise you will have Challenges again

Just an update on this case. IFS support does not take this cases, I needed to create a consultancy service request.
I approved the hours at November 8th, but till now, no answer from their end.
