There is no option for this on Status Boards. The functionality is named SCROLLABLE_TABLE_ROWS, and I’ve written a Knowledge Article about it. The Status Boards will use the SCROLLABLE_TABLE_DEFAULT_HEIGHT parameter, which may help a little.

I looked at the code that generates Status Boards, and there is a developer’s note on the page that scrollable is manually deactivated due to issues found during implementation.
