Hi all,

 

me and  my Team are coming from Alliance 15 and currently working on the Field Service Management (FSM) Part of IFS Cloud, but I think this can be seen as general Data Logic or Mapping Question.

 

I’m having troubles to find the correct references to match an entity to another. 

This actually holding me back on API’s and also in the Query Designer joining e.g. SrvRequest with JtTask.

 

Is there any guide or documentation describing the Data-Structure and/or References, something were I can get the idea of how entities are working together?

There is a window called “Entity” where you can see the modelled references:

  1. Search for the entity and select the base view:

 

  1. Scroll down and look at the columns and find the reference in the reference column in the list:
