Hi,From IFS Cloud, on my second migration job (Migrate Source Data), this error happened :ORA-20124: WorkCenter.FND_ITEM_FORMAT: The value "InfiniteCapacity" has incorrect format for [SCHED_CAPACITY] in Work Center. API recommendation is respected when using InfiniteCapcity, so, what’s wrong ? Thanks for help PS : trying with uppercase et underscore between two words, same error

Hi.I would like to know if it’s possible to manage Safety Stock for inventory parts managed via DOP (IFS 10).I’ve tried it configuring the safety stock in Planning Data tab (Inventory Part window) but the MRP doesn’t have in account it to generate the requirements.If it is not possible via Safety Stock, Do I have another alternative?

HI, We would like to create a loop in a checklist. We can do it if the answer list is YES/NO (standard astea answer list) only. WE would like to create a new answer list, and based on the answer to add new lines of the loop. Is that something like that possible  in ASTEA V15.4 ?

Hello I have been trying to create a relation between all Items to build the CMDB,  although it is available in the Item form I haven’t found a way to do it in bulk  what I need to update Relations  I generated DWM file but there was no file for the relation I have tried to do it through AssystETM with different channels but couldn’t find the fields for relation to link an item to another item I see the relation through “Item Relation” but there is no source and destination on the assyst Resource “Item Relation”AssystETMany idea on how to link it,Thank you in advance for your support

Hi All,We have a Purchase Order that has been raised for a number of zero value “Part Order Lines”, when trying to release this order we get an error message that has not been seen before. The error message is: “Only allowed to have charged items together with Delivery Confirmation”This is not the first PO raised for zero value with this supplier, just dont understand why this order is affected.Any ideas?Many ThanksSteve

Hi, We have a process flow running that check if time on Primary Assign activity is equal to open date of a service order.Assuming that the Primary Assign activity is always the first activity that is created on a order and should be has Sequence No 1. Now we have orders where Primary Assign activity is the first created activity but it get a Sequence No 3 Why is the  Sequence No changed, because when order is created it has  Sequence No 1  If process flow find orders where open datetime is greater then primary assign arrive datetime then it will update the arrive datetime of primary assign so the order can be resolved without popup that the order cannot be resolved because arrive time cannot be lower.If the activity arrive datetime is lower then opendate application wil automatically update the open date to the arrive datetime and SLA is changed. when creating the process flow i was assuming that Primary Assign is always the first activity Sequence No 1. But this is not the case, so i

HiI’m trying to migrate some European addresses which include accents, cedillas and other special characters, for example Île-de-France,  Lérida and straße.I’m using a standalone migration job reading a CSV file (not the Excel add-in).  The characters are displayed correctly in the cs file when viewed in Excel.I’ve tried using the WE8ISO8859P1 character set which I’ve previously used successfully for the degree symbol for temperatures, but the addresses don’t display correctly - Ãle-de-France.Is there a character set which will handle all the main European special characters?Many thanks,Marion

Hey everybody, I am trying to set up an Excel Migration Job for with custom fields. Unfortunately it doesn´t work. Without the CFs I am able to upload data in the master. With the CFs it seems to work (validation and execution works without errors), but the record set doesn´t update. I am curious if someone of you faced the same issue. Name and Cepi have been updated. Validation looks good.After execution it looks also good.The fields in IFS aren´t updated. Without the custom field data is updated.    Thank you in advance, Johannes

In the filter Criteria, I would like to include all Revenue accounts except 3034, 3037, and 3040.  however, I’m finding it only allows me to exclude one account.    Is there another way to accomplish this?

Hi everybody,I’ve downloaded the xml file for despatch advise from “IFS Interface Browser” and it contains the package units. But if I export or send a despach advise from the screen “Shipment” it doesn’t contain the marked xml tags. Why not? Is there any settings?

Hi All, one of the mobile user has reported below MWO error mentioning that the document upload is waiting, and this error has been there for more than one day. And we tried to check if there are any Failed Transactions and there were no records for the subject user to clear.We tried to expedite the process by connecting Wi-Fi and using Mobile data but it didn't change the status of the error and it's still in ‘Idle’ condition.We are using IFS MWO Service 10 (UPD 9) and this error has been reported intermittently,  Would you kindly advise,1. what could we do to have this 336-document uploaded into IEE and2. Kindly advise if we use initialization can lead to a data loss? Or what could happen if the user use ‘Force Initialization’ option? Many thanks for your kind thoughts and advice.  

Hi all 👋As I'm new to the IFS delivery process, I've been trying to document myself to the best of my ability. The problem I'm facing is as follows:When configuring IFS (via the native cloud webpage) you can export ACPs. These ACPs should reside in <component>/server/appconfig or <component>/nobuild/appconfig as per the documentation here: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r1/020_lifecycle/035_configuration_management/#overview ACP location according to documentation However, what if the APC contains more than one custom entity belonging to 2 or more different modules?Let's say I have an ACP that adds a custom field in the CustomerInfo entity (enterp module) and another custom field in the FooterField entity (accrul module).How should I store the ACP in the git repository? Do I need to split the custom fields into 2 different ACPs? Thanks in advance for any answers!
